Sushi Kitchen Zen

For me, it's the best sushi in town. It suited my taste bud. Always come here to enjoy their food.

All plates $4.50 which is reasonable. Considering the staff are really friendly and the sushi was so fresh it's worth it.

Good food, good atmosphere, but they could give you free sauces like sushi trains does. They charge you for teriyaki sauce and mayonnaise.

Of every sushi bar on the Gold Coast, this is head and shoulders the best. From quality to price to service, the best!

I’ve been here a few times now and the food has always been top notch! Friendly staff and a great menu selection that is both child and adult friendly. When we place orders on the tablets, the trays turn up very promptly which is great as well.

It’s great value for money as well with $3.80 plates!

My only gripe is that they aren’t open later in the evenings but the area gets very quiet later in the evenings so that’s understandable.

Food was sooo good and reasonably priced and the server was nice.

Fantastic place. Good serving sizes. Great price. Highly recommend. Staff are very friendly. Food is very fresh. Only negative is the food is too yummy, you will eat too much and be in a food coma and not want to drive home.

Added edit.. a month or so on and they are still going great I have been here easily 10 times now. They are still as good as my first visit.

Really enjoy the sushi here. Very fast turn around, food is always delicious and a nice addition that I can grab an Asahi and a Sake too! Great spot for a quick and easy lunch or dinner.

When I first visited Zen Sushi, I was amazed.
I went for lunch on Monday, but there were a lot of customers. The interior was well-organized and the chefs and staff consistently smiled even in the midst of a busy schedule. The kiosk to help you order was also comfortable to use, and the food was excellent. If you really want to experience Japanese sushi, I recommend Zen Sushi Shop. Sushi here is not Chinese or Korean sushi. It is an authentic Japanese sushi. However, what is curious is that the chef is Korean. Feel it, too, sushi with the chef's craftsmanship... I gave Zen sushi today 10 stars.

Food is amazing and FRESH! Staff are very polite and friendly, pricing is fair. Suggestions: Images on ordering tablets for food descriptions would help newbies to the Sushi world and dividers to help with food identifying for people with dietary requirements/allergies.

We have had our fair share of sushi & can be quite picky- but happy to say this is the best sushi we have has in ages!

Good place for a quick family lunch with children on weekends. Good variety of sushi and friendly service. Best of all, price fixed at $3.80 per dish can't go wrong with the budget.

I enjoy coming here and grab a sushi or 2. I like that portions are pretty small so I can have several different ones without upsetting my calories count :)
