Having spoken to a number of manufacturers, we decided to have Cymbal Kitchens replace our old, impractical kitchen. Whilst we had a very clear idea of what we wanted, it was the invaluable input from the principal, George Tessarolo, that brought everything together! Thanks to his suggestions we now have additional cupboard space in areas that would have otherwise been "dead" space. He also steered us away from a 2-pac finish in favour of much more durable and hard wearing StyleLite laminate. We had several design sessions with George, who displayed great patience in making sure that we were happy with the proposal.
The end result is a kitchen that is not only functional, but looks great and is a pleasure to use.

George was exceptionally patient, knowledgeable, and generous with his advice. His attention to detail is impeccable and he genuinely cares about delivering a high quality outcome.

He is very gentle - so you never feel pushed - but my recommendation, especially if you're new to renovating, is to listen to his advice and choose to work with the people he works with (eg, trades like plumbing) because it will give you a better result. He has so many years of experience.

George provided design insights and advice which yielded excellent results, his advice on colours and finishes was extremely helpful, and I ended up opting to go with a stone benchtop over laminate and am so glad I did.

The finisesh to the kitchen and bathroom cabinetry were flawless. No gaps, everything closing perfectly, meeting neatly where it should, straight and true. The installer, Trent, was also excellent.

I strongly encourage you to go with George's tradespeople, it will save you trouble - I made the unfortunate decision to go with a plumber my neighbour recommended and I would NEVER use him again and never recommend him to anyone.
If you are considering stone, my recommendation is also to go with George's supplier, Regency. Their workmanship was also excellent.
I've had five different people comment on the excellent finish and quality of George's kitchen - the painter, tiler, builder and two property managers, all with a lot of years in their respective areas.

Doing business with George and Karen was an absolute pleasure, communication was fantastic, all work was done on time, and beautifully, with genuine care and attention to detail. George is a master of his craft. I can't recommend Cymbal highly enough, and for the next one, I won't bother getting quotes, I'll go straight back to George.

George was a pleasure to meet. He was the only company that sat me down and asked about specifics in regards to the design I was after. The fitters arrived on time and had the kitchen installed within the day. I'll be happy to recommend cymbal kitchens to anyone.

I had a small piece of mdf that needed cutting to size Cymbal did it for me as soon as they could and believe it or not they put a new piano hinge on for me no charge , if you want a kitchen buy it from Cymbal , Great service & great attitude , very very professional. thank you so much.

I am the most fussy person on the planet. I am also a sculpture artist working in timber and cymbal kitchens build extremely fine and accurate joinery. Not only am I satisfied but this company builds beautiful kitchens I would highly recommend.

Cymbal Kitchens put the best cabinetry to gather on the coast and are easy to work with planning not a problem grate to work with easy as 1.2.3 keep the good work up.

They supplied and installed our kitchen. Very happy with the kitchen, but disappointed at lack of response to emails requesting their service to fix hinged door which has dropped considerably and scraping on bench top. They have not replied to emails which have been read . Very poor show

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Don't stand by their products and don't keep their word. Dropped off their cabinets for repair. Told me they would look at it the next day. After waiting 5 days, they said they haven't had time to look at repairs. Then proceeded to bag the client saying they have to send it away. Aparantly this is what looking at a job means... They have to send to another Manufacturer to do. After asking for parts so I could put it together, said she doesn't have parts. Don't waste your time. Apparently they have no time for you.
