First Tracks Snowboards

I went to First Tracks this afternoon to buy new snowboard boots as my old ones died on the mountain today. I was served by Paul, he was really friendly and really knows his stuff. He tried me in a few different boots until I settled on a pair, he heat moulded them to my feet to save the wearing in time. I was not at all looking forward to going new boot shopping this afternoon after being on the slopes all day. I genuinely feel I could not have fallen into better hands than with Paul today. Good old fashioned service that’s hard to come by.

Arrived here on a last minute decision to go to perisher instead of Selwyn after they shut the ski lifts there, and was greated with the greatest service.

I am a first time skier and had no clue what I needed or what size and the lady at the hire desk was the most helpful and easy going person I had the pleasure of meeting. Turned out we shared childhood towns that were close by to eachother, as I say very easy to talk to.

10/10 recommend this place for the awesome service and great price!

Great store and great staff. Was looking for information on the new step in Burton boots. Jess was a wealth of information even though we were not entirely sure if we would purchase at that point in time. She was attentive and willing to assist in sizing and trying on the boots. We will definitely be making our purchase at First Tracks prior to the 2021 season. Highly recommended 👌👍👍👍

Great staff with good practical knowledge, lots of goods to choose from and seemingly from only reliable companies. Awesome large selection of clothes, helmets, boots, everything you'll need to get on the snow.

Fun Fact: I bought my first ever snowboard boots from this store per their recommendations 6 years ago, after using them for over 200 hard days in 5 different countries they're still going strong.

I would just like to thank these guys for allowing me to purchase a pair of ski pants through my NDIS funding. Sorry took so long, but we got there in the end. Thanks for the great customer service. 👍

Great store with sincere staff who are always friendly and happy to help.
I have been buying things here and there from First Tracks for a couple years now but my friend's experience with them last weekend is a perfect example of why I love this store.
My friend a begginer to snowboarding had come in searching for a pair of snowboard socks as he had forgot to bring his own. He asked a staff member for socks and given a pair of Le Bents, which he purchased and took home. In his haste he had forgotton to make sure they were the right socks and ripped open the packaging only to then notice they were actually hiking socks not snowboarding socks. Upon returning to the store the next day and explaining the situation they gladly exchanged them for him to snowboarding socks without any fuss. Absolutely excellent service, and not something I would have expected any store to do. (they also have a sick sticker)

Within three seconds of walking into this store the lady greeted me & asked if she could help?! I response with a big yes! I would recommend this store to anyone who’s want to buy & or even hire snow gear. I wouldnt even bother with going to the other store -nothing but rude customer service!

Super helpful and kind through their online services. I made some mistakes with my board sizing on an order and they were super helpful and willing to change the order around. They also have a great range of new top of the line gear!
