Panorama Jindabyne Hotel

Stayed here for the first time for two nights as I was attending the snowy mountains trail run. This place was easy to book over the phone and didn’t charge me surcharge for using my card like other places did. I wanted to use cash, but as I wasn’t a local I couldn’t pay up front unless I used my card. Very clean, lots of space for their budget room. My only complaint was the TV, as it’s not a smart TV, there was hardly any choice for channels, so not much to watch. But would definitely stay again.

What a wonderful experience. Excepted a late booking (9pm). Provided a discount on a lake facing room. The rooms decor was gorgeous. Very clean and very comfortable. However the highlight was the service. So friendly, so obliging and made us feel so welcome. We paid just $160 for the whole experience.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Panorama Hotel, especially due to the incredible management team. I mistakenly booked the wrong day for our stay, and the management went above and beyond to accommodate my family without any extra charges.

The only downside was a loud ski school group partying until late. While it was a bit disruptive, I recognize that it wasn't the management's fault.

Overall, highly recommend for the stellar customer service. Would definitely stay again

Ive stayed in a large number of motels in Jindabyne and this was such an unexpected pleasant surprise that exceeded all of my expectations. The rooms were extremely comfortable and well appointed. The lounge and restaurant are amazing with spectacular views of the lake. The food for both dinner and breakfast was excellent. The service and friendliness from staff was top notch. It was great to have a selection of games in the lounge for the kids to keep them happy after a day on the slopes. Very family friendly motel as bar closes by 9pm .
I'm definitely making this a regular from now on.

I would like to say thank you for Panorama hotel for their home welcoming room and services. We booked a premier room for our August Snowboarding trip, the location is just around the Jindabayn shopping center. We've been to several different hotels and airbnb and even luxury hotel at the top of the mountain before, I would say, so far this is the only hotel in a reseaonable prices with such a cozy feelings.

Most of the customers are families, I can tell kids are very happy about the place.

Also worth to mention, the breakfast is the best in this price range in this area, there is not many breakfast option in the hotels.

So! we will definitely coming back for our next stay. And thank you for all staff efforts:) I love the drying room for our ski equipment hahhah.

Lovely owners and a great stay for the price. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast (included when you book directly with the hotel) was good value. A great spot for skiing.

Another great stay at the Panorama. We were here for skiing at Perisher each day via the ski tube.
Very friendly staff, clean room which seemed to be serviced daily, fantastic hot shower.
The breakfast buffet is still amazing (I think you need to book direct from their website to get this included at no cost which seemed to catch a couple of people out). The young lady making the coffees in the morning did a great job.
We went out for dinner once at the local Mexican (excellent) and ate at the Panorama Thai restaurant twice - the Thai food is really good! Much better than your average suburban Thai.
Relaxing lounge area with German beers on tap, pool table, board games, fire etc. Lounge/dining area has a great view of the lake.
Can't wait to come back again!

As a summer location in Jindabyne this was an excellent choice!
With sweeping views over the lake and a great continental breakfast my wife and I were lacking for nothing.
Friendly management and clean rooms means we have nothing but compliments. Will definitely stay there again.

Nice old-fashioned hotel, which suits me perfectly. Lovely views. We stayed in the off-peak season and it felt at times we had the hotel to ourselves. Great buffet breakfast. The manager was very helpful. Excellent water pressure in the shower. If you’re after quiet, convenient accommodation, I highly recommend the Panorama.

I really enjoyed staying here a couple of years ago, I see from the reviews that Anton is still running the place. It has the feel of a European ski lodge, and I would have loved to have come back this year, but I was not quick enough with my booking. Anton is a great host and from what I remember the rooms were nice and very cosy.

Great rooms that have beds built in a way that they can be quickly folded up or down depending on the booking size, as a couple this meant they were very spacious, with the capacity for another three beds. The service was terrific even, and the location was slightly out of town but close to the brewery, and by being up the hill it meant we had a terrific view of the lake for breakfast.

Stayed two nights and we loved it, beds were clean, rooms were comfortable and the daily breakfast offering gave us a great start to the day. Will definately visit again in the near future. Dining area upstairs offers superb views of the lake.

My partner and I like this place. Room is nice and clean, much better than any motel I live before. Comfort bed and great free breakfast power us up after whole day skiing.

As a group of rural community members with a common interest we travel around the country in a coach and have been doing this for over 20years, having been to every capitol city in Australia plus many towns and local sights. We really hit the Jackpot with the Panorama Jindabyne Motel. The breakfasts were voted the best value as were the evening meals, the views from the dining area over the Lake Jindabyne were most memorable.
Booking was a breeze with BiBi going out of her way to accommodate our every needs.
Prim, the manager was sensational, never have we seen the like of this energetic person before, nothing was a trouble to her and Nong her chef.

We stayed here for the second time and were welcomed wholeheartedly. Since our first visit the management has changed and the improvement is tremendous. The owners have done an excellent job revamping the entire atmosphere and comfort of the place. Our many last minute booking changes prior to arriving were instantly fixed on the phone in a very friendly manner. The quality and quantity of the buffet breakfast and dinner is fantastic and something not easily come across in Jindabyne. We enjoyed ourselves very much during our stay and are looking forward to coming back next year.

We had a fantastic stay at the Panorama! The rooms were clean, the staff were polite & friendly, the food was delicious & the view was stunning. The drying room was really handy as we were skiing. Great to see the Tesla charge stations. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks!

A great hotel; clean, friendly, delicious food and good value. This is our second visit to Panorama and both times have been excellent. We will be back next year.

Rooms - Very nice and comfortable, good amenities.

Food - To our surprise we were told we had dinner and breakfast included as it was a winter booking. The Buffet for both Breakfast and Dinner was amazing. Amazing variety of dumplings, wings, curry, noodles, chicken nuggets and so much more and all cooked perfectly.

I highly recommend this place, will definitely be here again!

Great location. Only a short drive to Perisher and Thredbo. Despite the fact that the hotel was really busy the service was excellent. We booked directly with the hotel so we got both breakfast and dinner which was a great value add. The buffet was great. Plenty of options and they kept topping it up. The room was kept warm for us which was great. Although the toilet is small it’s cosy so we have no complaints. We’ll stay again
