Dublin Docks Tavern

This weekend we celebrated our grandmother's 90th birthday at Dublin Docks and it was AMAZING! The team went over and above in every way to make the occasion special and memorable - nothing was too hard or too much to ask for. Every single person we dealt with on the day and during the several phone calls we made leading up to the event were excellent to deal with and exemplified good old fashioned customer service, the old school kind that is rare these days. Each person we dealt with was more than happy to help and made our event that much more enjoyable. Thanks so much to Tim and the team for the amazing job you guys do and for generally being kind and awesome people - you guys rock! Looking forward to the next big gathering, we'll be back.

We had a bit of a hiccup with our meals coming out however Tilly came to our rescue and went above and beyond to ensure everyone received their meals and we also received some complimentary drinks while we waited. Tilly did an amazing job and an expert at damage control. She deserves a pay rise 😀 Desert was also very yummy 😋

Five stars for our experience at Dublin Docks. Many years since I've been here and the food was excellent. Service was fantastic as the staff were very attentive, efficient and friendly. We were a group of 14 and the meals came out fast, were hot and very fresh.
Atmosphere was a little loud but to be expected in a busy venue . I would invite family, friends and groups to frequent here and share the same experience we did. Plenty of parking and wheelchair accessible. Good job to all the staff at Dublin Docks Tavern. 🤗

The BEST St Patrick’s Day ever!
The entertainment was top notch
From an all female band who totally rocked to the gorgeous Irish dancers followed by a fabulous performance by a band with an Irish lead singer.
Totally blown away, what a vibe.
The staff were all lovely, service excellent.
Please book my table in for next year

Just visted Dublin Docks today, and I had a certain situation occur (I won't go into detail), but Shelley and David were extremely helpful and resolved the situation better than I could have imagined. They went above and beyond what they needed to and were incredible! I'm somewhat of a local, and after interacting with them, I'll definitely be returning!! Thanks again Shelley and David you guys are awesome!

Our food was the absolute best, we enjoyed every bit of it and the service was very fast thank you to mark and hope for being so polite and friendly

Dublin Docks is our local and we often eat there in the Bistro. The food is great. We especially love it when Mark is working because he is so engaging and friendly. Today we ordered and paid for our meal through the app but were unaware that a system error had occurred. After waiting for nearly an hour (which was very unusual), we mentioned to Mark that our meals still hadn’t arrived. He looked into it straight away for us and discovered our order had not gone through (but payment had still been received). With two hungry kids in tow, Mark fast tracked our order directly with the kitchen and within minutes we were eating. Thank you to Mark for taking care of us. His customer service is just so genuine and somewhat rare (unfortunately as it would be great to have authentic service everywhere!). Thank you Mark 😀

Had lunch today with 26 people (goc gold coast)we all loved it MARK took good care of our group hopefully we b back (up to boss) lol thx guys 🙏👍👌now fir dessert

Steak was very very good, staff were nice & friendly in pleasant a atmosphere.

Absolutely amazing steak cooked to perfection (I ordered rare) ribs topper huge and everyone’s meals were fantastic!

Good atmosphere. We had lunch outside and was sunny and lovely. Staff was very nice and helpful. Food was delicious.

Went into the pub to watch the UFC as I was on holidays. Great atmosphere and the staff were very nice.

Drinks were extremely well priced.

Sitting on the balcony over the water had a lovely feel to it.

They have about 50 slots. good variety. snacks etc. very open area and enjoyed my time.

Friendly staff, great prices & yummy food. Staff were able to accommodate us at last minute and service was quick during the dinner rush.
Location is convenient after a long day of shopping at Harbourtown and great for refuelling before the drive back to North Brissy 🙂

We hosted my daughter Gina Skibinski 50th Birthday Party.Tim the Venue Manger went out his way for our Function decorated our area using all the props available.
Food was very well presented and was ser viced as we requested
Our guest complimented on how delicious each platter was

From the start of the booking it has been 5star . Mark the manager had gone out of his way to make sure we of ten people had made sure we had a table as already it pretty well much fully booked. The service, staff, food and atmosphere all fantastic, we had a great time 💝

Love ur new menu! Now there are more seafood to enjoy.Your food never disappoints us,and even better now.Only one in our family who is not happy is my little one-she prefers potato chips than sweet potato chips in BBQ pork rib😄But for us adults,sweet potato chips taste great.Thank you guys!

Amazing food and amazing service! Even had staff offer to accommodate our preferences before we even had a chance to ask! Will 100% go out of my way to come back here when I'm on the Gold Coast next! Also got a table with a beautiful view!

Always great food and atmosphere. Pays to book if you're dining as it's very popular. Meals can sometimes take awhile, but the wait is worth it. Great portion sizes.

We celebrated my grandmothers 95th birthday here and it was absolutely perfect. The staff went above and beyond. The food came out quickly and was delicious!

We had our Christmas end of year at Dublin Docks. The food was great Ave the staff were exceptional!!!. We pre ordered to give the kitchen a heads up as we had 30 people. Everything went smoothly abs sad thoroughly enjoyed by all our staff from the Kai Kitchen. Thank you
