Thumbs up to Pauline and Bernie, what a great team! I came into the store just to take a peek. But after chatting to the ladies and them both checking out my feet, I tried on a pair they recommended and I tell you, what a difference! Really appreciate the time you spent helping me ladies 👍🏽

Best customer service we have ever had. We were looked after by Naomi, she not only was helpful,friendly and caring she knew her products and advised what shoe was the correct fit and type for my husband's hard to fit feet. We will be purchasing there again when needing sport shoes.

Talitha is an excellent therapist. Minimal discomfort when extraction was being performed.
Talitha has a wealth of knowledge to do with skin treatment and care. Also gave me excellent advice about home care before my next appointment.

Big yes! Customer service and knowledge about the product is absolutely amazing. Staff Cindy helped me to find the right shoe with perfect fit. She invested nearly half an hour to find right shoe for planter faciatis. Incredible service. Congratulations to whole team. What I bought is detailed in photos. 😊

Really friendly and helpful service. Lots to choose from and some great bargains worth snagging if you get lucky with the size you’re after. Staff were keen to help and attentive, even though they’re were a few people in the store.

Great staff and the new range of New Balance shoes are the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn.

Cindy went above and beyond. After being told by another employee that the shoe I wanted was unavailable (I bought them last week), I was ready to leave. However, Cindy asked what I wanted and she would look for me just in case. She found one in my size to my joy. I cheekily asked if there's more and she said possibly one. So she searched again and came back with it after a few minutes. I now have 3 of these shoes and I can't thank Cindy enough. Happy customer now happy to return :)

Great Experience when buying a NB shoes for the first time. The customer service they have is remarkable specially Wendy who look after me and give good advice for buying a shoes. If you go to Harbour Town New Balance shop look for Wendy and her colleagues.

Bought my new balance shoes on Saturday at Harbour Town store. Very comfortable shoes and friendly and informative help from Wendy. The shop was very busy but the young lady let me know she wouldn't be long. Thanks will definitely be back.

Purchased a few pairs of New Balance sports shoes here, the reasons being they have a great product, at excellent outlet prices and give great fitting advice. That's what keeps me coming back.

I came in looking to change over brands from Brooks and was served by a team member named Hope. Excellent knowledge on shoes and what is best for your foot. Great Customer service is hard to come by.

Gemma was so much help! She had so much knowledge and was so lovely to chat too as she suggested suitable shoe models and helped us with shoe fitting. She had such a welcoming aura which isn’t easy to find. Thank you so much Gemma!

Mark provided excellent service to myself and my partner. We had been to at least 3 other shoe stores today before we visited this one. Mark was highly knowledgeable and provided more tailored advice than anyone else. We both left as happy customers and will be happy to return to this store!

Went to New Balance on advice of podiatrist. Have diabetes and have several amputations and suffer from diabetic ulcers & osteomyelitis. Found shoes to relieve my problems and the fitting and advice I was given by Gemma was so good. Now the owner of one pair and getting a second. Hopefully many of my problems associated with diabetes are now overcome.
