First time there. Went for dinner.
All staff were very friendly though.

This was one of the best steaks I've had in a long time.
Big fat juicy Sirlion cooked med to well, just as requested. And the same for my girlfriends med/rare. And Big fat chips.

Compliments to the kitchen staff and whomever purchases the meat.

Definitely will be going again.
Good job and keep it up.

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely lunch at Helensvale Tavern. It was a particularly busy day, but the service was fast and friendly, and we couldn't fault the beautifully presented meals. Crispy Skinned Salmon and the Chargrilled Lamb Rack. Kudos to the chef!

Great night out starting with dinner. Large portions and great value. We then saw a band with the venue offering enough tables and seating and reasonable bar prices. Staff & management were exceptional

Busy bistro. Polite staff and we'll run. Food came quite quickly even though they were busy. I had bangers and mash. 2 thick beef sausages were tasty and mash was creamy. Good to become a member and get significant discounts on meals.

Just had lunch here, food was outstanding and priced right. My wife had lambs fry n bacon (ugh) and said it was the best she's ever eaten. Will be back.

Fantastic meals - you can't go wrong! Our group had a mix of everything, and we adored each option.

Customer service was amazing - friendly, attentive and a bundle of laughs.

We went for lunch last Saturday and the lunch menu had 5 options all for $20 (including drink). It was GREAT value as we all got these huge & thick steaks w/fries and salad. Lots of various sauce options too for the steak, salad and fried - soo you’ll never get bored.

Drove around and had no idea where to go. Googled and found this place… Popped in for a meal and the Tuesday night steak special was seriously one of the best meals I’ve had in a very long time! Service was amazing and we will definitely be back!! Hubby had chicken and was also super happy

Awesome place to go to. $20 for a pizza and jug of beer on a Saturday night, yes please!!! Food was amazing, staff were friendly, and such great value for money. Pretty good deals all throughout the week, my favourite is obviously on a Saturday night

We have dined at all the taverns and clubs at the northern end of the Gold Coast and we find your facility outshines all the others with service standard of cuisine choice and price. You are our favourite venue and we bring our family and friends along as often as we can. The staff are all very polite and friendly and as we visit frequently we have got to know them. We notice other familiar faces among the clientele which suggests they are regulars too.

I cannot rate the staff and the food at Helensvale Tavern more highly. The food is always hot and fresh, it is delivered fast and HUGE servings!! We love this tavern and fully recommend this place for anyone look for a good quality meal. Staff are always super friendly and helpful too.

#UpdatePost We have been going here for over 20 years and love the place. I feel like the long term staff are like Family and always make you feel welcome! :) Today my girlfriend & I had meals from the $15 lunch range & they were not only delicious, but my steak cooked perfectly. Also you cannot beat their Parmy's so Amazing 10/10
The COVID measures such as Check-in & Social distancing etc are all well done & handled perfectly.

Went for lunch her on Saturday - As always the meals were amazing! Such large servings - hot and fresh!
We like that they now have members prices - since they took away the $15 menu - So our chicken parmigiana was $17 - we is definitely value for money - when you see the size of it.
Staff are always friendly and helpful - we will 100% be back.
