Great family run business, with an excellent select of biking gear in summer, good advice and super friendly. We have bought winter gear from Alpine Sports before, and decided to hire bikes over Easter. Michelle and the team were great and would highly recommend.

First time skiiing after disappointing renral equipment and lack of info and advice at 'The Shed Ski', walked passed this place and dropped in asked for some advice, and Kaz was amazing with her time and advice (even though I told her I wasn't looking to buy this trip but like to understand due to poor experience) and there is a difference in ladies and males shoes even for rental. So highly recommended for first timer, get the right shop with right advice, otherwise a waste of time and cost.

We rented 2 e-bikes for mountain bike riding on Easter Monday. From start to finish we experienced excellent service. The bikes were delivered to us at Thredbo on time where a good run through of the operation of the bikes was given. The bikes were fantastic and enabled us to explore so much further. Totally recommend!

Our large family of 8 approached Alpine sports with our hope to bike ride to Seamans hut. Our kids ranged from 15 years down to 4 years of age, this was no problem for Cam. He provided us with a quote, fitted us then and there with bikes and arranged to drop the bikes at Charlotte Pass for us to begin our journey the next day. He provided is with great advice for the trip and made our adventure happen! It was the best bike ride ever, the kids absolutely loved it! When picking the bikes up it was no trouble for him to drop them in Jindabyne where we were able to complete our day with a ride around the lake. We would definately do this again with Cam! We rented 5 Mountain Bikes for a family holiday at Perisher. Our experience with Alpine Sports was simply fantastic. Great advice and service from the team and the bikes were absolutely fabulous for us (hard tails).
From Perisher we were able to explore the local valley trails and a couple of trips up to Mount Kosciuszko. A great biking holiday.

We had such an awful experience shopping ski supplies in off season around Jindabyne. Everyone was rude or very snobbish or ridiculously expensive. we were about to walk away disappointed. But in true form we saved the best for last, Cam’s service was fantastic. I didn’t feel pressured or oversold, he was so friendly with amazing advice and I highly recommend his store. Thankyou for the wonderful deals you gave us. I will 100% be back in august to hire skis from you and will be sending anyone I can your way.

Rented skis and boots for the whole family. Our daughter has extremely sensitive feet. The staff were very patient and accommodating with her and kept trying different boots on her until we had a comfortable fit. Great variety and quality of skis. Definitely coming back and have recommended them to all my friends!

Really friendly and amazing service! Hired a mountain bike and had a problem with the brakes after a run in with a rock on the Thredbo Valley track. The guys offered to meet us up on the track with a replacement bike after I called them to troubleshoot the issue. They drove up all the way from Jindabyne and we were on our way again in no time at all!

These guys rent out quality mountain bikes, and helped us out with transfers etc.

When we’re got out of our depth and didn’t manage to return all the bikes that day, there was no fuss, just total understanding.

Highly recommend both their bikes and their customer service.

Went in with my brother looking for a replacement toe binder strap for his board. The staff were completely helpful and sacrificed a spare from another board and would just order a new one.
If I have any more problems, definitely coming here again!

The level of enthusiasm shown by Cam and Michelle was really cool. Went above and beyond when it came to advice and fitting. Never felt pushed to buy nor spend more than needed. Came out with 2 amazing boards plus gear setup ready for the slopes. Thanks guys

We received really great customer service. The staff member was so helpful and full of helpful information. The bikes were brand new. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone.

Fantastic service. I needed to exchange some gloves from here for a different colour, and they were so helpful and went to a lot of effort to find the right gloves from somewhere else and send them (quickly) to Sydney for me. Will definitely shop here again!

Superb personal service from the team. Nothing is too. They have staff who have loads of knowledge in all aspects of skiing, boarding and mountain biking. Great selection of quality but not overpriced gear.

Great family run business. They have everything for your needs at the slopes from clothings to ski equipment to rental. Never been disappointed with their service.

Really helpful customer service with lots of info on gear and tips on where to ski depending on the weather conditions. Huge range of equipment too.
