Great place to go if you need your ski boots custom fit!
A special ‘shout out’ to John who has the patience of a saint! He adjusted my boots at least 10 times listening to my feedback until I was happy with the fit.
Thank you John for enabling me to have 2 fantastic days of skiing due to your excellent workmanship.

I went to Gravity today and wished I had done so years ago. Firstly I got my appointment date mixed up (my fault) but they were so good about it and still managed to fit me in. Anyway I got some custom Sidas ski boot soles made up for my boots as my feet over pronate and I have bilateral knees (TKR). The boot fitter I saw, John Ma was exceptional not only did I walk away with my ski boots perfectly fitted see photo but John gave me invaluable advice such as buckling and maintaining my boots plus more. They don’t rush you here they are all about quality good ol fashioned customer service and listen to you to provide the best assessment. My hat goes of to all the staff here and I recommend any serious skier who want the best to see these guys. If there was 6 stars I would give them that! Awesome work sorting the brakes out on my bike. Good honest quality work with no unnecessary upselling. Found the go to service place for me and my crew.

Awesome fast service and repair.
Cold called at 2pm after breaking a spoke and needing a rear tyre.
They squeezed me in and had the bike back by 430pm same day
New tyre, front/rear tyre swap, rear pads replaced, spoke and several nipples replaced, wheel straightened, rim taped..

Gravity Jindabyne is a lifesaver! Stopped by during my Hunt 1000 ride, and the team there was incredible. Super helpful, they went above and beyond to fix my bike quickly. Their kindness and expertise were outstanding. Highly recommend for any bike needs in Jindabyne!

My husband and I were served by John and Will. They were both amazing and very knowledgeable. We were both very happy with our ski boot recommendations and bought a pair of boots each. Both of our boots were expertly fitted to our feet. I was offered a pair of insoles to further enhance the fit. My husbands boots were actually heated with a special crocodile device where a specific area of the boot was targeted and stretched by laser in store. My boots had a different sole fitting and as they did not have the correct sole to fit my skis, Will offered me a pair of their hired skis to use so I don’t miss out on skiing that day that was so lovely of him to offer. They do charge a fitting fee but I feel that they do a stellar job and guarantee unlimited adjustments so we were happy to pay this. Buying a pair of ski boots is an investment so you need to ensure you get the best fit and these guys will definitely ensure that.Thank you so much for looking after us.

The guys are fantastic and knowledgeable. I rocked up with a mountain bike that was serviced in Newcastle the week before but was dangerous to ride at speed due to shaking. The guys kindly had a look and were able to identify and fix the problem and got me on my way. Highly recommend

The team at Gravity are so knowledgeable! I was having ski boot problems and Sam was able to take a few measurements of my foot and know the perfect boot for me straight away. The boot he picked out fit like a glove! The team took time to listen to my concerns about ski boots and share their knowledge to make me feel confident in my purchase. Cannot recommend Gravity Jindabyne more highly. I got a new pair of Technica ski boots on Monday and Sam Watling at Gravity did a great boot fitting job. Unlike my previous boots from another shop and boot fitter, Sam recommended boots of the correct length to suit my feed and then stretched them to fit correctly. He canted the boot cuffs and made a new custom footbed. And reset my ski bindings to suit my new boot length and mounting point. I know where to go for my next boots.

Trust is hard to give to any business these days. And when it involves my ski equipment I can count many more times I've been disappointed versus satisfied.

Not at Gravity. I've been back to Sam time and again for help (and gear) and this last time was a game changer.

I suspected my alignment was wrong and Sam proved this. He corrected my boots. And on the snow it was an immediate improvement.

Super helpful came in with a broken lockout lever and got me a fix in less than half an hour and could get back on the trails for the afternoon.

Had absolutely fantastic dealings with Sam and the team from booking in to see them through to advice and fitting. I bought some boots from another company and unfortunately they didn’t give me the correct advice or boots. With the know how of the Gravity team they explained each important step to getting a good fit boot and how and why they should feel. They even showed me a boot they thought would be a good fit and it was night and day difference. I really really appreciated the time and effort that Sam went to and even helped me hire the right Ski boot so that I could enjoy my holiday. I wish that every company treated people and looked after people this way. The customer service was fantastic and a company I will always use going forward for Ski and bike bits. Thank you Sam and team I really appreciated the service.
