Thank you so much Raine and Horne Snowy Mountains. You have helped us through the cancellations for the bushfires and then the pandemic. I still cannot believe it that we could not ski this year. We booked but were knocked back by public health orders, someone's fault but not yours. We are now planning for summer and skiing in 2022.

Friendly knowledgeable staff

This is the worst agency you can deal with in your life.We booked a holiday house through them and the house was so dirty,it was not suitable for dogs not for people.The staff in the agency is so rude especially Nicola and Marisa, who did not bother returning my $500 bond on time and that is why I have to go to Fair Trading and sort this issue out.
Stay away from this agency and do not rent anything with them.
You will regret it!!!

Despite many attempts to find out policy during the lockdown for short term rental accommodation my calls and emails were not answered. There was no transparency at all. It was deceitful gouging. This behaviour indicates this business does not operate in a trustworthy manner.

Took a 15% cancellation fee for our holiday snow trip which was affected by the public health order instead of a flat service fee like every other place.

DON'T BOOK YOUR SNOW TRIPS WITH THESE GUYS
