Came in for a windscreen replacement. Complications with the car meant they couldn't finish the repair. I came to pick it up with a bit of a bad attitude, and picked a fight with the office staff.

They were good enough to come out to the car and explain their situation, connect with me about the stress we were both feeling, and make emotional amends.

Can't yet vouch for their skill as mechanics, but they are good people!!

These guys are great! Really trustworthy and friendly! They helped me out after having issues with another mechanic in town. Diagnosed what was wrong with my car in a reasonable time and they were great in giving me my repair options. Unfortunately the repairs are too expensive for the value of the car so they are going to take my car to the wreckers for me also. Really appreciate their help and will highly recommend them in future!

Broke down on the way to Jindabyne, the team managed to make time for me and repaired my car on the day. The mechanic did a really good job and was very thorough. A very hard working team and I recommend them.

I was very happy with the honest and excellent way Snowy Country Automotive went about repairing my car after we had a break down. Would recommend them to any one.

They were unable to repair our mini cooper due to the degree of damage, but provided advice and assistance and considering the time pressure on small businesses at the moment we were very thankful the help they provided.

Great service, they really care about their customers and their cars. Kelly and Ray and their staff are knowledgeable and very efficient. I would highly recommend them.

I saved money on my repair. I’m not sure why I haven’t gone to them before, if so I would have saved a few headaches with my car. They fixed my car in one day and they didn’t overcharge me unlike other mechanics I’ve been to in the past.

Customer service was excellent, got the start motor replaced on my van quickly and when I had a further issue it was sorted straight away!
