Great to deal with. I’d bought from the store before, but have just had them install a full new pump / chlorinator / heater system. Raj couldn’t have been more helpful (one of the few to actually come out and chat through our needs) and patient with my question, while the installers were brilliant to deal with and did the job to a really high standard. Recommended products also couldn’t be beaten on price. Would recommend.

Great service and affordable prices. Bill done me a fantastic deal on my new pool equipment and had great knowledge and answered all my questions. When I got home and had a slight hiccup with setting it up, so I rang them and immediately they sent Bill to my residence to show me everything and he gave me a very informative tutorial for absolutely free. Of course it was on his way home so this isn't exactly a standard service they provide, but the courtesy was really appreciated. Thanks Bill and the rest of the team at The Pool and Spa Warehouse Georges Hall.

Very happy with new salt water clorinator and robot pool cleaner. Dealt with Mark and Raj while I was weighing up options and both were friendly and helpful. Bill did the delivery and install and he’s a credit to the company. On time, friendly and asked me how I wanted clorinator set up to best suit my pool equipment cover. He also showed me how to operate everything and offered some great tips on general pool maintenance. Highly recommended this store.

I used to go to another pool shop closer to home who were quite reasonable, but now I come to Georges Hall. I found the staff to be rather friendly and very helpful, and the shop has a larger range of goods than I was previously used to. I would recommend this place to anyone who desires a good range and (in my experience) good service.

Have been going there for years (as Pool Owners Club and Pool Clinic). Staff have always been excellent and know their stuff. Their prices are very competitive. All work done on the pool by them has always been excellent and at a reasonable cost.
