Good food, Good service, polite staffs and good price.

Stopped by here on the way home from the blue mountains. They got us a table quickly, despite us not having a reservation. They also set the table very quickly and service was great. The food was good too and the portion sizes were too. It was filling and tasted like good, reasonably authentic Thai food. They also have bathrooms onsite and lots of parking nearby, which is always good!

Many gluten free options for people with coeliac or gluten allergies and food is yummy. Presumably they cannot avoid trace gluten but I have coeliac and intolerance to certain foods and found that I felt fine after eating. We ordered delivery through Uber where we were able to select 'gluten free' on eligible dishes (most curries and many stir fry's)

Last night with a large group, best seat in the house, we walked in with no booking and the best Thai food I’ve ever had, so yummy and the best customer service!!!!! - 10/10

I swear Penrith is trying to close all the good Thai restaurants. Protect Bai Bua at all costs. In the realms of actually affordable, high quality and authentic Thai food, they’re about the last one standing.

I give 5 stars because of the excellent service. The food is very tasty and 100% authentic.
Cleanliness of the restaurant and excellent atmosphere.
For desert I advise you to eat deep fried ice cream and drink iced coffee because it is very delicious.

Great dine in and takeaway experience. Staff are always so friendly and welcoming. They cater to families and large groups well. Plenty of vegetarian & vegan options. My favourites are the cashew nut tofu stirfry, and the curry puffs (which are divine!!).

Amazing Thai! Their salt and pepper squid is one of the best I’ve tasted so far. Have been there twice only but their food has always been too quality. Will definitely recommend.

Excellent value and service. It was our first time coming to Penrith and after finishing our First Aid course, my son and I came here for lunch. We were warmly welcomed and chose the lunch special of Pad Thai and Chilli Basil Chicken. We were delightly surprised with some spring rolls and curry puffs too. The food was just delicious and we wolfed it down. We also ordered Green Curry Chicken takeaway. Again delicious. It's a pity we live so far but if we are in the area, we will definitely come here again.

We liked the food, it was bit sweet for us, as we prefer spicy, but its taste was awesome so can't complain. The service was also really quick.

The white girl who greets at the counter seriously deserves a raise. She outperforms whatever they are paying her. She has always been kind and smiling. Almost feels like a 5 star place because of her. Makes our experience so much more enjoyable. The food is also yum. Although the person who cuts their tomatoes should be fired. If the tomato pieces are bigger than my thumb, and i am a big guy, we have a problem here. The only reason I go to this place is the food and the hospitality by the above mentioned girl.
