Emergency call out today, our switchboard started to smoke and our power had to be turned off. With temperatures over 35 and elderly parents it was extremely stressful. Have to say it's rare to come across any companies such as selectrical services these days. Their custom service is excellent and backed with prompt service. They would text you to inform when their electrician would arrive. When they promise something, they would keep their promise. We had really good experience having them to carry out electrical work.

Selectrical removed and reinstalled a private power pole to my property together with an all new and upgraded meter box and circuit breakers to reflect latest standards.
The quoting process was straightforward and clear.
Selective completed the work promptly and as promised.
Michael was great to communicate with, knew his scope and made the project an easy one to complete from a client point of view.
The site work was complemented by office admin that was responsive and knew what was going on.

Very experienced, fast, accurate and very friendly. They didn't complicate what they were doing. Kept it really simple and straight. They didn't mind me overlooking their shoulder as they were working. They happily answered my questions everytime I asked them. Zabrina was a very polite and efficient admin person who always responded promptly and accurately. The Class 2 electrician (Johnathon) was polite, accommodating, knowledgeable, efficient and neat with his work. Jenan, the service manager, was prompt with the quote and also accommodating in fitting in with my hurried time-line. Overall a very easy and pleasant experience. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Grabbed a worker who was near my neighbour doing a pole replacement as I needed similar. They were around 2 days later to quote and cheaper than other quotes. They did the job 4 days later which was slightly tricker one than had been my neighbours job. All done brilliantly with total promptness, politeness and even helped my with my jammed chainsaw into the bargain. Couldn't praise them enough.

Responsive and cost effective. Front desk is super helpful and provided quote in such a timely manner and during the work day, both electricians arrived on time and completed the work professionally.

Michael and his team were quick to respond when our building lost power due to a faulty service mains. They had a temporary solution engineered within 2 hours, a generator to supply power to the entire building delivered and commissioned the next day (restoring all services). They also installed a replacement service mains with a commission and final cleanup today. Less than 48 hours !!
