Their chicken schnitzels are delightful. Sweet chilli sauce has just enough kick.

I just don't get how they can charge this for over $10....these are literally a few pieces of salad leaves , one piece of bacon and one piece of chicken schnitzel stuffed in two pieces of bread ......I get how business is hard to run post COVID but please, at least double your leaves to make it look decent....no comment on coffee cause never got coffee and probably won't LoL

Staff don't know what allergens are in each of the salads, and there's no easy way for them to find out. The salad I ended up getting was pretty average, would be nice to know what other options would fit in my diet.

Strong coffee and you receive 10% off when you bring a keep cup. Though, be warned, the central location makes it busy every morning, which is not ideal when you need your coffee in a hurry. Customer service could be improved, where they could be friendlier. The coffee service area could also be a lot cleaner, as it's usually covered in cocoa and spilt coffee. Overall, improvements in customer service and a cleaner service area would make this cafe a lot better.

On a low carb diet so desperately went to Soul Origin for the first time... and last. Looking for protein, I bought the chicken/avo and cole slaw/pulled pork salads. Chicken/avo was so dry I was tempted to spit in it just to lube it up. Dress it! Cole slaw wasn't bad but its easier to find pork in Riyahd during Ramadan than in it was in this salad. No protein. Take away packaging: no napkin and tiny plastic fork. Never going back!

Unfortunately had a very bad experience here. Tried to redeem my rewards on the app and was told by the trainee that this isn’t a store that gives things away for free and that I should understand that. I rarely write reviews, especially negative ones but seeing as the customer service was very different to the gentleman ahead of me, I can’t help think that this was racially motivated as I am a person of colour. I would have liked to have spoken to the manager but I was in shock and couldn’t respond. Particularly because the other server at the counter was the one who asked me to download the rewards app in the first place. I would educate new employees on why you have such a rewards program. I’d rather spend my five dollars with my dignity intact than be scolded the way I was today. ( I had four rewards and I was trying to use two- I didn’t realise you could only use one per visit)

Do not order Matcha Latte, the worset matcha latte l’ve ever had

Served by lady today who was stingy, upsell for larger size soup but fills pack only to small size. Poor service, stingy. Wont go here again
