Royal Comfort Bedding

I have had my Queen Latex for over five years and glad to say none of the published comments have appeared with my purchase, what must be wrong with them? Very happy, no back pain, not young at 74 years old.☺

Purchased mattress from royal comfort bedding via fantastic furniture we purchased mattress June last year 2019 mattress started to go all lumpy sagging in on sides where we lay we wake up aching from an uncomfortable night we contacted them and were told the dips weren’t deep enough for warranty after sending photos very unhappy with service will never buy mattress from them again and may this be a warning to other potential customers surely this is no way to run a company

I recently purchased a year round feather and down quilt from Catch. On opening this product there was a distinct smell coming from the package of dirty feathers . I thought that it may have been because it was packaged tightly and so I hung the quilt in the sun to air as recommended. After 3 days the smell was still there and so I have hand washed the quilt and the smell is still there. While the cost of the quilt was not expensive, this is not the point. I am concerned that the quilt states that it is hypo allergenic and believe me it is not. I higher standard for quality should be expected and while I cannot at this point return the quilt I sincerely hope the company investigates and demands a higher standard.

Bought a ~$1000 mattress from this company via Not-So-Fantastic Furniture 4 years ago. Have had back pain for the better part of the last 6 months sleeping on it, have even had to sleep on the fold out couch the last few weeks just to have a better nights sleep before our new mattress arrived. Have been told from another company that mattresses should last for at 7-10 years - this one barely made it halfway there. And apparently the sag in it isn't visible enough to be covered by the warranty, and they dont cover for loss of 'comfort' .... not happy
