Apologies for the delay review. Life and work has been pretty hectic lately. 10/10 I would highly recommend MotorOne Autobody - Jamisontown to anyone for sorting your insurance needs. I am so thankful that I decided to take my car to MotorOne Autobody - Jamisontown. They are extremely professional and take care of every detail during the process. I was fully informed about everything throughout the entire process. They are experts in their field. Had my car repaired in a week as promised. I sincerely, wish the whole team all the best, they really are an outstanding bunch. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Picked up my car today from MotorOne the office lady was amazing (can't remember her name im so sorry and i cant find my card to see ) but you will know who i am - hope your son brought your coffee in for you last week, from the day I dropped my car off to today when I picked it up the workmanship was fantastic the accessor was so lovely and helpful. Very happy with the job they did with repairs to my car. Would highly recommend this company. Thankyou

I collected my vehicle today from MotorOne after it had gone in for repairs due to an accident. From day one the customer service has been brilliant always keeping me updated on my vehicle’s progress and answering any questions I had.

MotorOne is state of the art facility. I am so glad I took NRMA recommendation. Amazing Staff helpful and attentive to your needs. Service is excellent they provide taxi voucher for those who can't find their way home and back to the shop. They keep you up to date by means of text messages. Nick who release the car to me was nice and made sure everything meets to my expectation. I would surely recommend this Auto repair shop.

Highly recommend this business. They were so organised and efficient. They did a great job on the car and did the job a lot quicker than expected.

We had our car bodywork repaired through NRMA insurance at Motor One Jamisontown. It was such a smooth & professional experience. The staff are all very friendly & competent. The work was very good & took less time than we expected. It was a pleasure to deal with them. We would highly recommend them.

To anyone that is wanting to use motorone auto body I highly recommend them. They fixed my Audi & I was really impressed with their work and how easy all the staff helped with hire care and keeping me updated, truly a great experience and may I also add they also fixed my mothers car a year ago and that to was an excellent job well done. Did a great job on my car, and the ladies in the office were great.

THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. A job that was estimated to take 3 months took 3 weeks! Massive thanks to the staff that did everything they could to get the parts in ASAP. Friendly staff were very welcoming! Great at keeping us up to date on everything that was happening with the car repairs.

Only problem I had was the hire company issued to us, SIXT. Didnt get the car we needed nor the baby seat that was promised

friendly staff and great service. they really try to make you understand what they did to your car even if you don't know much about cars. after the car was serviced a problem arose which they resolved very quickly and didn't charge for.

Had my car done here recently after an accident, couldn't be happier with the service I received, very friendly front desk and clearly went over the repairs done to my car, the end result was perfect, the workmanship was excellent, and I would recommend to anyone. Fantastic service.

I dealt with Nicholas when I picked up my van. He was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I have more work to do on my van and will definitely bring it back to them to do the work. My overall experience with the company was excellent.
