I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Jackson at BOQ Penrith.
Jackson is both professional and knowledgeable and kept us up to date throughout the process.
He was always approachable and available to answer any questions and we had.

We recently refinanced our home loan for the first time with Bank of Queensland and they were fantastic to deal with. We dealt with Jackson at the Penrith branch and he was friendly, patient and explained everything so well. I threw a million questions at him and he knew all the answers and never missed a beat. The whole process was easy and efficient and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BOQ.

I could not fault the experience I have had with BOQ Penrith. I have had my mortgage with them for 5 years now and they have been very supportive during this time, but especially during COVID. Joel was patient and compassionate with me taking my current situation into account. He has even checked in on me since.
Over the years Michael and Hayley have stepped me through each process one by one and been able to answer all of my questions. Highly recommended!

Lachlan from BOQ (Penrith) has helped us with our home loans ,investments and much more over the years . I just give Lachlan a call and he gets everything sorted and always goes above .I would recommend Bank of Queensland (Penrith) to anyone as your just not a number they care .

I lost my atm card and asked for a new one. The staff got it wrong and sent me a replacement for my debit card instead. We tried again and they made sane again, just laughable! The tellers are kind and friendly but management and owner are rude and sarcastic!
