Ballina Honey

Bought QTY-40 500g bottle honey from Ballina Honey a few weeks ago. 5 bottles of them were leaking slightly due to no newspaper wrapping. Sent them photos and notes.

He called back and kindly offer 5 bottles replacement. Received 6 bottles this morning in perfect condition. I am so happy not because of the replacement. It is because I find a honest PURE honey supplier. I don't trust the factory mass production "So called honey".

We bought a bulk beeswax wrap kit to make gifts. The stuff arrived really quickly, the instructions were really clear (we used the double boiler method) and they turned out great. Thanks heaps Ballina Honey!

Just got delivered food grade beeswax (baking yummy French caneles ...) and a jar of their pure raw honey.
Beeswax is great and the honey is one of the best we have ever had: powerful taste, strong flowery smell and the colour wraps it all. Thanks and I hope I get a chance to visit the farm and hives ....

It was great meeting the owner (I assume) yesterday. I didn't get a chance to thank him for the bottle of honey he left me, so thank you! We've been buying their honey at the Alstonville food grocer for a while. It is delicious!!

I bought supplies to make beeswax wraps and received beautiful quality golden beeswax, powdered resin and jojoba oil in a couple of days from Rob. I used his recipe and it worked well and I am very pleased with the resulting 12 wraps using only 100g beeswax. My method: a double boiler to melt the ingredients, a hot oven tray, and ironing between parchment paper to finesse the wraps. Many thanks.
