Alstonville Country Cottages - Holiday Accommodation

When you arrive, you will instantly feel relaxed surrounded by 42 acres of rainforest, manicured gardens and wildlife. The natural landscape including views of the mountains and beach provides connection to all the simple things in life.

Greeted by the welcoming owners, with free plunger coffee and a friendly smile, you will be given the key to a beautiful cabin that is surrounded by gardens and completely private. The spacious, clean cabin provides self contained facilities- well equipped with everything you need, comfortable beds, a great shower with good pressure, and a wrap around veranda that soaks up the ambiance of the property.

Go exploring through the rainforest to reach Duck Creek, or meet the friendly farm animals, including a donkey, goats, chickens and bees. Watch out for the animals that live in the bush though; my son was super excited to see a snake in real life! The sparkling salt water pool also provides lots of laughter and enjoyment.

My little family stayed here for a night on a stopover (2 adults and 3 children) and we were so impressed with this hidden gem! I turned to my husband and said ‘I am going to leave them a great review when we leave,’ because everything was perfect! We will definitely be staying again in the future.

We loved this place, just $200 for a family overnight stay. There is 2 bedrooms, a queen bed plus 3 single beds. Clean, neat, tidy & equipped with everything you need. Well thought out kitchen utensils etc. Zero complaints. Great value, quiet location, nice management. Recommended 👍

Our son and his carer ha e stayed here together twice now and love it. The donkey was entertaining and the pool was perfect. Clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful! We booked cottage 4 to stay at after my partners brothers wedding and it was beautiful! Plenty of room and the views were to die for! Will definitely be staying again 😊

What a wonderful 5 nights we had here at cabin 5. The view was Amazing. My husband and I enjoyed it so much. Well maintain cabins very spacious. As my husband is in a wheelchair it was so easy to access all parts of the cabin and grounds. And our little fur baby Charley loved being here too. A bit frighten of the animals he was but he is sooky boy. We will defiantly be back again. A very big Thank You to Owen And Aria for making our stay a very pleasant experience.

Camping with our car + rooftop tent. It has been great! Very clean, plenty of facilities including a swimming pool and pizza oven etc etc

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay, along with our very well mannered West Highland white terrier. A lot of work goes into maintaining your cottages to this high standard. Extremely comfortable starting with the king size bed. Living in Queensland we were appreciative of the air con to take the chill off the air in the mornings. Thank you. Loved Alstonville as it is beautifully maintained.

Absolutely delightful place to stay. Beautiful country views, relaxed atmosphere, lovely hosts, super comfy beds and lovely cottages. I brought my German Shepherd and he was welcome to stay with us inside. Alstonville is only a few minutes drive away for food. Highly recommend.

So, so , soooo lovely! Peaceful cottages situated on top of a valley. Everything you need supplied for your stay. Including Webber q, oven, oven top elements, communal pizza oven, fridge, kitchen utensils and microwave.
My boy Marshall loved it as much as myself.
The only negative to our stay was we had to leave😪.

We loved our stay at the cottages it was perfect for our family of 4. Our children loved exploring, feeding the animals and collecting the chicken eggs. The cottage was well equipped with comfortable beds. We also purchased breakfast provisions which were delicious and plentiful. We hope to be back one day!

Great cottage, spent 8 days didn't want to leave. Views amazing, was lovely to sit on the deck and watch the sky as the sun set. So relaxing. The donkeys are gorgeous, love carrots. Lovely to get fresh eggs. Best of all bed very comfortable. Lovely friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place to stay , great accomodation, love my cottage house! Great breakfast with great variety, the bacon was amazing!
We could pick up straight from the tree fresh organic lemons, mandarin and grapefruit!
So peaceful surroundings with a nature! Excellent service, top cleanest. Great place for family or just two, but the best part I was able to stay with my little doggy! Thank you for your service I will be back and definitely will recommend to family and friends.

Wow!! What a pleasant surprise we had when we arrived at Alstonville cottages. tucked away off the main road , we were welcomed by amazing views and a beautiful pool .We arrived slightly earlier than expected and the host was lovely and let us go to our cabin. Our cabin overlooked paddocks towards the ocean. It was neat , clean and had everything we needed . It was also quite tucked away , so very private. The kids enjoyed patting the donkeys and goats and also the rainforest walk. We only stayed one night but are already planning a longer stay as we enjoyed it so much.

Alstonville cottages is the best place for a quiet retreat while we visit kiva spa passing through to the Sunshine Coast....quiet...clean...peaceful location....

We had a wonderful time here. So quiet and peaceful. So clean, the staff were amazing. The animals were very friendly and pleased to receive treats from us. We have booked again to go back.
