I would not recommened using this business..

I had Michael attend my property to fix up a small paint job on 04/01/2022 .

The job i needed fixed was a poor job on my hallway wall i did myself after i hung my gallery. My paint job had patchy marks & Inconsistent paint marks. (Refer to 'Before work' image)

Michael advised he would be able to fix my issue and attended my propery the next day. Michael was prompt with his quote and arrived on-time to complete the work - However apart from that.... The rest speaks for itself.

I paid Michael a discounted day rate of $200 for 1.5hours worth of work and 2 coats of paint in that time frame. (Mind you i supplied the paint and also had the area masked up ready to go)

Unforunately at the time Michael, left the paint was still very wet and i messaged Michael later in the day asking how long it would take to dry for the paint streaks to blend in. Michael advsied 24-48 hours (Have this in a text)

In the time frame advised the paint streaks did not blend and the work completed is exactly what i paid to have fixed in the first place. The wall still shows inconsistent paint marks, streaks and now ontop of it i have lint, paint drips and built up paint edge from the poor pressure applied on the roller on my wall from the work completed.

I advised Michael i was unhappy with the job that was done as it looks the same as what i originally paid him to fix.

Michael disagreed and advised 'It's the best it's going to get' and back peddled and advised he never said he could fix it but rather 'Get it the best he could' (Crazy to think i would pay a tradesperson to 'Get it the best they can.........')

Michael then went on to blame the below reasons to why the wall now looks like it does after the work.

- "The originaly painters who painted the house sprayed the walls and the roller marks are normal with a roller."
- "The paint supplied was watered down" (Even though i used a brand new tin of paint and had the same results)
- "The light coming through the front door is the problem even though it never looked like that prior to myself trying to fix my patch job after hanging my gallery"
- "The screws/screw holes from the gallery frames are the issues aswell"

The phone call ended abruptly and no discussion was or has been held to fix the work he did or even provide a refund on the poor work that was done.

I posted a negative review on Michael's facebook page 05/01/2022 to which now the reviews have been turned off on the page & so i am putting this on google share my experience.

I emailed Michael on 05/01/2022 to confirm in writing that i was dissatisfied with the work that was done and requested a refund and a receipt of the work that was originally done.

I have yet to recieve a response & have since lodged a dispute with fair trading in regards to the work completed.

I sent Michael a text message to ask if he would respond to my email. I received a response of "Will you please let me know who i am talking to" after advising who i was i never received a response showing Michael has no interest in fixing or issue a refund for his poor workman hip and took my money and ran.

Michael is showing no accountability of the work done and is blaming others people for his poor workman hip aswell as the paint and also the light......

I'm simply after a refund so i can pay someone to complete the work I originally wanted fixed in the first place.

***** On another note - As per google reviews Terms and condition 'Conflict of interest' the below review from 'Debbie Tonka' is also the same person who is advertising the 70+ ads on facebook market place to promote this business.
