Accidently locked myself out. Called and they were here in less than half an hour.
Felt bad about making them climb the stairs to my apartment, but they absolutely lovely to deal with.

Guy came over after closing and was there in 20 mins from first call, way cheaper than other services in the area and he took electronic payment. Amazing experience with them, highly recommend.

Phone reception was so helpful and efficient.Brett the technician who attended my job was professional, polite, efficient and helpful, and quick. The work was perfect. Highly recommend these guys absolutely satisfied with the service.

A friendly welcome from Amanda when I phoned right on opening time. She happily arranged for one of the locksmiths to call in this afternoon to replace a deadlock. Pat was on time, friendly, efficient and tidy. He offerred to key the door same as our security door & took the time to explain some adjustments he made to accommodate the adjacent light switch and wiring. An overall positive experience 😁

Excellent work. Visited their workshop twice sofar. The usual space in a multi type complex. Easy to find, Big sign says Locksmith.
The office staff are upstairs, downstairs basic equiptment needed to do whatever necessary. I think a lot of their work is callout.
No complaints from me, friendly staff, Very good work. Two keys cut parfectly. I've been back.
