Owner is a legend: i walked in just now for healthfood and the till was being setup so he first offered that I get what I wanted then return tomorrow to pay and when I said I didn’t live nearby he said don’t worry about the $ just take what you need and enjoy the day. The refit shop looks awesome too - with an positive outlook, shop design and location like this, this place is going to be huge.

Great customer service and a very appealing pharmacy. They also have some of the best brands in beauty and fragrances. Highly recommend this store.

Cool Chemists. Classy shop. Modern manners. Like it a lot. My daughter likes it even more. Knowledgeable chemists. Have a compounding lab. Best of all, very good pricing, according to my daughter. Find it on Knox Street, near the corner with New South Head Road. Actually, with its stylist facade, a calming blue, you can't miss it. Love the Dr Who-ish machine inside. Won me over total.

Fantastic pharmacy. A modern and unique layout with unique, quality products and a fresh vibe. Does not have the typical pharmacy feel. Offer a range of products and services. Staff are very knowledgable, warm and friendly and have an exceptional approach to customer service. Had a chat to the owner who is very down to earth. His vision is to create a place which promotes holistic health and provide customers with knowledge and products for more healthy and happier living. Great vision!

A new pharmacy in double bay. You walk in wondering where you are, but stashed somewhere is all the meds you need.

Fancy and futuristic, only lost a star coz it took them like 10 minutes to get what should have taken 2, because they couldn’t work out the systems.

I thought I would support this small business in favour of going to Chemist Warehouse across the road. I shouldn't have bothered. Unhelpful and aloof staff made my experience here unpleasant, not to mention it being more expensive than the competition across the road.

Shameful price gougers on Rapid Antigen Test’s. Whilst most chemist sell a box of five for around $60, this pharmacy was charging just under $100. I will NEVER shop here again, as price gouging during a pandemic is a despicable act and greed. Shame on you.

Post Script. Your answer seems to imply that you’re the only pharmacy feeling the pinch. Yet they sell packs of 5 for $60 compared to yours at ~$95 per pack (a 50% increase?!).
