Friendly staff. Good coffee and cakes. We had a Mongo Slice which didn't disappoint. The coffees and environmental was quite good too. Good experience

Very friendly staff. Fast and efficient service. Very clean cafe. Good atmosphere. Limited seating located in store. Located right at the main front door of the Westfield Shopping Centre. Above the food court. Located not far from the bus station and the train station. We’ll be back.

The outlet has good furniture and very comfy. The chocolate shake was really good. Very fast delivery. I wished the drink was served in a larger quantity. Good views from the outlet. I recommend anyone popping by the mall to pay this outlet a visit.

For anything decadent & sweet, this is the place to indulge. Open, light & spacious, there are so many things to choose from. Staff are so friendly here & everything is made and presented well. A great spot.

I love Guylian Belgian Chocolate Café and I got there quite a bit to meet clients and friends.

It's easy to find (being right on the corner) and you have good lighting which is the best for selfies and taking food shots.

The staff have been extremely kind to me too in doing custom orders and and getting food preferences spot on.

Addicted to coffee in Guylian. Cap with 2 sugars make my day. Very nice Belgian chocolate Cafe. Decent Cafe and very calm. Nice background music. Best place to chit chat with your friends and family.

Everyone loves Belgian chocolates no doubt about it. We really enjoyed our yummy chocolate drinks and delicious amd rich cakes. Staff are attentive. We asked for take away containers and they gave them straightaway. We sat there for hours and giggling all the time. Nice place to hang out. Highly recommended!

I like the placement of the cafe, overlooking the busy streets in Parramatta. I was probably there at a perfect time, perfect weather.
Rain pouring down while staring outside the window with extra hot chocolate in hand. This made every sip delectable. A speechless delightful experience and thank you for making an extra hot chocolate.

Reliably fantastic service every time I visit, which is often as I work close by. I simply adore all the flavoured hot chocolate variations and the staff are legends!

While the food is slightly on the pricey side, when I do splurge I end up getting either a chicken mushroom pie (YUM) or a chocolate muffin!

Best place for a Sunday brunch.

The aura of this cafe is better than any other. Feels so soothing just like their chocolates. I have not tried any of their food items yet, other than all the chocolate stuff but it's always good to have some options. They have a lot more than other cafe's.

The best drinking soy hot dark chocolate at a Sydney suburban café, along with my other favourite chocolate café - Lindt Café. I recommend you open a chocolate factory in the local greater Western Sydney region: more jobs for locals, another must go tourist destination, great for this region's economy. Thanks.

Outstanding coffee and variety of snacks for easy pick up and go very friendly staff good attitude know there job and do it well. In Westfield so plenty of parking and close to public transport

It's a cosy place and ambience is also great. Coffee taste is unique here, and also loved Banana bread. Good customer service as well.

Well was pleasantly surprised, nice little upmarket coffee shop, with a very reasonable prices. Was in rush will be back the chocolate range was a blissful banquet.
