I had an amazing experience from sunny QLD with these guys! I was not prepared for an event and messaged Girls with Gems in the online chat function on the website. I asked if there was a guarantee my dress would arrive within 2 days as I was catching a plane to this event. They told me to go ahead and order - it will arrive! It was received by Aus Post at 4pm, and I received it the next morning by 10am! I was so happy! The dress is also completely stunning that I found it in white.

Love this place so much :-) My friend and I went in on the weekend to purchase our summer pieces for Europe and new sunglasses! The shop is very well organised and has a fun vibe. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. The girls instantly knew what would suit us and provided many options for us to try on. We left really happy and loved the energy in the shop. They know their clothes and how to style it together which I find super helpful. The staff are attentive, warm and friendly! I can't wait to go back!

Every few weeks i travel 50 mins to visit GWG. I have been assisted by almost every staff member and they are all so lovely and helpful. I love visiting the store and purchasing unique pieces and ones that are wardrobe staples. If I cant make it in, the girls always assist me over the phone and message which I really appreciate. Even when the store is very busy I always receive help which I am grateful for. Cant wait for my next visit xx

They have such a wide range of unique stock that is constantly updated, which makes every visit an exciting surprise. Lia and her welcoming team always go above and beyond to help me find the right pieces for any occasion. A shopping experience like no other. I always leave feeling happy and satisfied. I had my first experience at Girls with Gems yesterday and I was blown away by their customer service. I’m not from the area and had travelled about an hour to try on a dress I’d seen on the website as a last-minute outfit for my birthday. As soon as I entered the store, Jay found me and offered her help. When I tried the original dress I was after and it didn’t fit how I’d hoped, she brought me multiple options and helped me style them. I walked out of the shop with a totally different dress than I expected, but I found something that suited me even better and I was so grateful for the help Jay gave me as I was worried I wasn’t going to find something on a short time frame. Great customer service is hard to find these days and I just wanted to give a shout-out to Girls with Gems for their excellent people skills and how much they care about their customers. Thank you! I’ll definitely be making the trip again because of this xx

Today my daughter and I ventured out to buy a dress for a family wedding. 1st stop was GWG. It was also the last stop as we found the perfect outfit with the help of staff member - Lilly .
It was a great shopping experience together with amazing customer service for us , will definitely be back.

What an incredible store! Any time I have an event coming up, I am always able to find the perfect outfit at Girls with Gems! Their selection of brands is second to none. The staff are attentive and helpful and the store is beautifully decorated, which makes for a wonderful shopping experience. I can't recommend this boutique enough!!
