Awesome receptionist and Dr. Kept his promise to keep us on the list for the COVID vaccination Pfizer. We got our jab three weeks later from putting our name down. Their very Proffesional and helpful.

I can only wish for the Australian Medical Association to closely 'monitor' the medical professional capacity of the so called GP on duty in this medical practice.

I had the most terrible experience here with the receptionist 'Michelle.'
I was requesting a receipt from her so I could claim back through my health fund and she went off asking me to be quiet because she's trying to focus and it's her first day here. It was extremely rude and I was shocked because I have never received such treatment at any medical centre before!
This was highly unprofessional and really put me off. The GP is nice and it's a shame that the receptionist's behaviour will drive away patients.
Definitely never visiting here again.

NEVER have I had such a horrible experience with a Dr. before. Seriously what a terrible and arrogant doctor! I won't be returning and I'll be spreading my experience to friends and family.

The male asian young Dr. here told me essentially that I wasn't sick and refused to give me a medical certificate.

I went to a different practice the day before and the female dr saw that my throat was inflamed/red, that my voice was coarse and said that I had a virus. I didnt get a medical cert with her as I didnt need one for that day (as it was my day off work) and she said I could re-book with her if I was still unwell the next day. Unfortunately she was all booked out today so I went here to Padstow Medical Center after trying to book into my regular drs and practices (now I know why it was so easy to get into). To be frank I didnt need to be checked - I already knew what I had thanks to the dr. the day before, which I explained to the dr. here at Padstow Medical. I am still really exhausted, feel awful, need rest and a cert for work.

I said this to him he said abruptly said he'd check and determine what I had. Obviously he didnt like the fact I went elsewhere for a diagnosis and was just needing a cert off him.

Funny thing is he did the same things to check me as the female dr from the other practice (but way less thorough) and essentially said I wasnt sick and to come back tomorrow if i'm still unwell. Why would I A) Come back to you tomorrow when i'm here TODAY for that reason and unwell and just want to lay in bed! And B) If you say i'm not sick why would I come to you regardless?!

Why would I go to doctors on my only two days off and fake a flu?!?! I'd fake diarrhea or just come outright and say I just need a medical cert?! I dont even NEED a cert for work as its 1 day but I just really wanted to have it incase.

Come here if you want to waste your time, be told youre 'not sick' just because you didnt have a fever and runny nose, whilst feeling sick and horrible.

I'll come here when I want to be insulted and told I'm a liar. Thanks. 👍
