Recently dropped into this branch for an international money transfer. Karen was fantastic about explaining the process, allowing me the time to triple check all the account numbers and even waived the transaction fee. Really positive experience. Many thanks ☺

Opened new account today with Lucy who was wonderful, friendly and very patient as were all the staff I have encountered as in the bank twicee today. As a CBA customer, I use this branch to make transactions and transfers in multiple currencies with banks around the world. Rose Rozetta Shmeissem, who is the bank manager of this branch is one of the smartest and nicest bankers I have ever met. She is the only staff member who is able to complete these complex and complicated transactions. Bank staff also respect her a lot and are always seekinh her guidance and help in such matters. CBA is lucky to have such talented and dedicated staff members in their business.

Lesa Villiotis is a dedicated, trustworthy and client oriented Senior Home Lending Specialist. She is kind, caring, friendly and helpful in her approach. Lesa is a genuine, professional and reliable loans officer. She understands her customer's needs and wants and delivers accordingly. She is very approachable and goes above and beyond to make the process of purchasing a property smooth and easy. Lesa is patient with her clients and will answer all their questions; this proves she is very knowledgeable about her industry. I am extremely grateful for Lesa’s assistance as she was instrumental in the purchase of my first home.

I visited this branch today to obtain a Travel Money Card. I was greeted by Caress, a Customer Service Attendant and I was directed to her office to complete all the paperwork. Caress was very professional, competent, courteous and well versed in the execution of her duties. I was issued with the TMC, instructions and regulations explained to me in an easy manner.
On my exit I was greeted by Karen and she enquired was there any other matter that she could be of assistance.

I went to this branch to get my AOS done, the customer specialist lady Chole served me, She is so efficient and professional, all the process was completed within half an hour, that was much easier and quicker than I thought. She definitely deserves 5 stars.

My fiancé and I would like to give our thanks and appreciation to Tennille Stansfield, Home Lending Specialist. From the beginning, Tennille has made the process of setting up a mortgage so much easier as well as moving into a new home. Her customer service goes above and beyond, by keeping close and consistent contact with our builder with what was needed for us to move into our house sooner. She would answer any of our questions straight away, and spent time explaining minor details we didn’t understand. Her work ethic and passion for her job and customers shine through, and we wouldn’t know what we’d have done without her!
