Country Road - Canberra City

It is not often I would provide positive feedback on customer service in retail, as it is rare. Phoebe was absolutely outstanding - what a wonderful experience on Saturday morning. She was across the store, the team, the stock. I popped in to purchase a picnic basket of all things, and she was an absolute delight. She helped me with exactly what I was after. She was efficient, friendly, and had excellent product knowledge. Thank you! 🙏

Mrs and I been looking everywhere to find a proper clothings for our function until we went to Country road in Canberra centre mall. Staff were very nice and helped us finding right size and also informed us of all the perks of being member.
Packaging and wrapping was pretty nice.

Very helpful and friendly customer service today. I was pick up a click and collect with my hungry toddler. It was quick and easy. Plus helped me with something extra for dad for Father’s Day. Thank you!!!

Serive people are polite and helpful. Went in looking for a partial wardrobe change and Tim was excellent and knowledgeable. Would recommend this store to anyone.

After coming to this Country Road, I miss the country road in Newcastle SO MUCH. It’s a world of difference between the cold, unwelcoming vibe here compared to the great experience I’m used to.

It’s unfortunate because I do enjoy the country road products.

Expensive

Extremely disappointed, the staff would rather socialise with each other than deal with customers. Two females talking about the party they are going to and a guy and a female discussing risks of the property market.. Why would I part with my well earned money! Your road comes to a dead end..
