Overall experience was great, attended the store lady helped me picked an outfit, she did a great job at picking out what I wanted. However one small complaint, one of the worker knocked at the change room doors while I was getting ready to get out, I can see the good intention behind that but it’s also important to respect peoples privacy and let them take their time while in the change rooms. For future note try not to knock on the change room doors and let customer do their business uninterrupted.

Got the most fabulous service there this week. Don't normally do reviews but felt it was the only way I could thank the staff. They had the right degree of attentiveness without being suffocating. As a result it was easy for me to decide on what I wanted and make a purchase. Will be returning.

The lady at the shop (I think she is the manager) was very much helpful.
I wanted to get a shirt for my husband but I wasn't sure about his size. She was happy to put two different sizes on hold for me in case the shirt I bought for him isn't a good fit.

I’ve shopped here on a few occasions and have always felt welcome and well looked after. I recently brought a new jacket and was served by Nick who provided some great suggestions to dress it up and down.

there’s no google page for the outlet store so i’ll leave it here. i was there yesterday and witnessed a male karen go off about not being able to return his worn shoes, and made a massive deal about it.
I just wanted to say how friendly and helpful the staff really was, they did a wonderful job making me and my kids feel welcome and i hope that didn’t ruin their day too much

Great store fair selection and Good customer service. I see all the be reviews from people saying they got followed around and customer service was terrible. I found this store to be a wonderful experience can't wait to go back.

I love this shop. The fashions are great. But the service is always really polite and welcoming. And a really nice fit out of the store too.

Went there today, and was welcomed with a smile by staff. One lady, can't remember her name, was quick to give me a hand and I got sorted quickly.

Very good service and amazingly high quality clothes considering they only cost between $100 and $400.

My most loved dopamine spot. I can't stop buying there, every collection is a craver.

The store is very neat and the items are of high quality.
