The phyio provides great direction guidance to ensure recovery from surgery occurs to gain back independence.

Advice is sensible and reasonable
Within expected range of motion
Goal setting expectations with introduction of suitable exercise to promote recovery and improve strength and function.

My son had a bad ankle injury from volleyball. Kerrith his physio was excellent. With his rehab physio he showed improvements every week and is now back playing high level volleyball. Thanks Kerrith
