I was bit late and the medical centre was about to close. I didn't have any appointment and requested if any Doctor could see me. Dr Relan was kind enough to include me in the list to see me despite his busy schedule at the closing hours.

No clue what these reviews of rude reception are about. They are always polite and I've been going here 8 years now. All the doctors are very good and knowledgeable. Wait times are high due to the number of patients always there.. have waited longer at a hospital

While during the hard time of COVID 19 when our all family was affected by corona virus and we couldn't go out, Dr Jasvinder Kheray was the one who helped and advised us and talked to us, Auburn Hospital, Westmead Hospital, NSW Health Assistance Line, COVID customer support line, Coronavirus Helpline, Advanced medical centre and others non of them picked our calls even we called many many times,
we are really thankful to Dr Jasvinder and we really appreciate his help and assistance, not 5 stars 100 stars

seriously stop whinging if you are lucky enough to have medicare you shouldnt complain.i never have a problem with these docters they are very good.i am lucky i am on medicare a luxury i did not have in my homeland.Waiting is nothing.people are seen in the order of seriousness.NOT happy get private medical insurance sorry to be blunt but we should be greatful for the service we get in Australia.!! And for the idiot saying the docters cant speak english get a life mate.THey can speak and understand english ssshessshhh !!!!

I am satisfied with the service at this clinic.I found the staff at the reception very friendly and helpful.My experience with dr.Ralin has been really good.
