We celebrate my Son in law birthday Very friendly staff specially Mallie who serve us asking constantly if we need anything most of the time and (don’t hesitate to ask what we need more) and very nice food and reasonable prices. Over all we really satisfied and have a good night family dinner.👍

Had lunch with my family today here and we really had a great time. The staff are really friendly and food is delicious. Service by Amaal and other two lovely ladies made the experience, memorable for us. And I just want to give a shout out to our lovely server which I forgot to ask the name , she’s very nice and even talked and played with our little one. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. I definitely recommend eating here 10/10

Dining experience was superb! Food exceeds my expectations! And thumbs up for the hospitality all staff are very accommodating specially Patrice whose smile are very sweet and considerate even Rosalie for being so very polite! And Edwin as the front of house who received and took our orders! Will be coming back for sure! Great food! Good service! Cheers!

Staffs were very friendly and attentive to me checking if everything was to my liking, I even got my phone taken away to be charged.food was delicious I’ve eaten in Volcano twice this week yesterday and today. The best restaurant I’ve been so far. 10/10. Thank you all for your support.

Great service by Aku! Food was served sooner than promised. We walked in on a Friday night. It was fairly crowded but they made a table available for us as soon as possible. Watermelon Mocktail was refreshing for a summer evening

This is my first time to be in your restaurant (blacktown). Ambiance is cool looks expensive I should say and as for the food you got what we've paid for. Serving is good for sharing staff are friendly and accommodating. Will definitely recommend your restaurant and I will definitely come back to have a taste of the other mocktails available in the menu and your desserts coz we are already full last time so we did not order for it. I have a reason to come back😁

We’d an amazing experience with Volcanos and special part was Maddie’s service. She is absolutely top class at customer service and has treated us exceptionally well. Absolutely loved the service from when we were greeted at the front door lining up for VIP dining, we were immediately intercepted by the lovely staff escorted to our table and very few moments later we had complimentary hot bread with dip served to us while given a run down about their steaks, cuts and dry aging process “very well spoken and presented”. We ordered our steaks and fish, not one element on any dish was wrong it was lovely delightful and highly recommended for all to try 10/10 5stars all day all night very well done and delivered 👏🏽👏🏽🤲🏽

The food was pretty good so was the atmosphere. Our waited Ms. Patrice was pretty good at her work . We are very impressed . Would love to come again!❤

Our server Patrice has been very kund and accomodating. She knows the menu well and suggested good food which we tried. Ambiance is really great and relaxing. Food is superb and enjoyed it a lot.

Came into Volcano's at Blacktown expecting to leave with my wallet empty but was not only surprised by the pricing of the food, not knowing about the lunch specials, but also very impressed by the professional service by all staff from entering to exiting. Scottie was impeccable with his attentive service and is a great asset to the Volcano's brand. The food was crisp and tasty and the ambience set the mood for what was an enjoyable lunch time meal. Will definitely bring my friends and family back here in the future.

Food and drinks were phenomenal and reasonably priced. Service was excellent and the robot cat waiter was the absolute cutest. Our waitress Jo was absolutely excellent.

We were there for hubby’s birthday celebration. Food was perfect and tasty as always. We’ve ordered steak, pasta and kids cheese burger. Maadie was serving us and she was great! She was so kind and friendly with my 4.5 years old son who likes to make new friends :) Highly recommend this place always and can’t wait to go again soon!

Superb place in Blacktown for the meat lover and only few option for vegetarians. However the luck special has a pasta option. The service was superb. Aakriti was looking after our table. She definitely suggested some awesome food option and drink option. Will surely visit again.

I have been in this restaurant 3 times now in less than one month, since the first time I tried it there, and can I just say how addicting their steaks are, it literally melts in your mouth, I also love the complementary bread, everything is good even their pasta is so sumptuous. Our server is Kathrina and she is so pleasant and friendly. She is very professional, hopefully she serves us again next time. I keep recruiting people and planning different occasions as an excuse to come back 🤭😊😉
