I ordered a Haier refrigerator online, last evening, and had it delivered this afternoon! Youcef kept me informed about when he expected to arrive and he and his colleague showed a lot of care when bringing the fridge through the narrow door of my home. The refrigerator, itself, is currently being sold by some of the major appliance shops, at at least twice the price. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase and how quickly it got delivered.

Honest and reliable tradesman! I bought a second-hand fridge & a dryer In May 2018. Today is 19 Dec 2018. Appliances? She’s apples 🍏 🍎. He gave me a verbal warranty for 6 months, which i am sure stands still. He can help deliver the product to your place & with extra $50 he could lift it up to a fourth level thru stairs. His apprentice is a hard-working young man. God forbids, if it stops working, he’ll come to your place and have a look at it. Under warranty? He’ll fix it. This man is one in a million.

Update: 7 Sept 2021 - The fridge & dryer are still rocking. Haha. Thanks man!

I recently purchased a fridge , and I must say that my experience with them has been utterly disappointing. Not only did they sell me a faulty fridge, but their customer service was a complete disaster. They failed to show up for the promised fault inspection, leaving me stranded with a malfunctioning appliance.

To begin with, the fridge I received was clearly defective. It was not cooling properly and we used it for few days, thinking its an old fridge and it will take some time. But after some days it stopped working and we contacted the seller Yousuf to report the issues and requested a technician to inspect the fridge and fix the problems.

However, the real nightmare began when they repeatedly failed to show up for the scheduled inspection. Despite numerous promises and assurances, their technicians never arrived at my house. Each time I called to inquire about the delay, I was greeted with excuses, lack of accountability, and zero empathy for my predicament.

Days turned into weeks, and my patience wore thin. Meanwhile, my groceries went bad, and I had to rely on purchasing ice from the store to keep my food from spoiling. The inconvenience and frustration caused by this entire ordeal were beyond belief.

The lack of professionalism and commitment displayed by them is absolutely inexcusable. It is clear that they do not value their customers or take their responsibilities seriously. Their failure to address a simple repair request is a testament to their negligence and incompetence.

Not only did I waste my hard-earned money on a faulty fridge, but I also wasted my precious time and energy dealing with this unresponsive seller. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing appliances from them to look elsewhere. Their disregard for customer satisfaction is evident, and you will only be setting yourself up for a similar frustrating experience.

In conclusion, my experience with the seller was abysmal. Their lack of professionalism, failure to honor their commitments, and overall disregard for customer satisfaction have left me deeply dissatisfied, so decided to report this with the fairtrade. I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing from this seller, as they have demonstrated their incompetence and lack of integrity. Save yourself the headache and frustration by seeking a more reliable and customer-centric fridge seller elsewhere.
