Rainbow Medical Practice

Dr Helen Luu, Dr Giang Nguyen, Dr Thirunavukarasu Vakeeswaran have to be the the most dedicated, caring, throughful, and professional doctors I have ever met in my 39 years of life. I have attended their practice for over 20 years now and I cannot fault the practice or the doctors.

Have been coming to the centre since I was a little kid. Can’t recommend this medical centre more if I could. Friendly staff and doctors. Always a pleasant experience every time I visit.

Excellent medical centre. No longer live in the area but will drive 40mins to see the Doctor. Great service by the girls at reception.

Eileen from Douglas Hanly Moir is an excellent pathology collector. Very respectful and knowledgeable about her line of work. It’s very clear that she loves her job, and that is seen in how well she treat patients. :)

Very pleasant staff. Yes sometimes have to wait 30-60mins however name a succesful good doctors surgery which Rainbow med centre is anywhere this does not happen. 30-60mins is acceptable.

Alternative is they just say we are booked out rather than trying to do YOU a favour and slip you in

My family and I have been attending this practice for 10years now and couldn't be happier. A lovely bunch of warm, caring doctors and special acknowledgement to Helen Luu. The staff are professional and organised, the waiting area is spotless. Physiotherapy and Pathology services are also available now, so very convenient!

I have been attending this clinic for years with ongoing health problems . My main Doctor is Dr Helen Luu, she is wonderful Always takes time to talk to you about problems . I have seen other Drs and never had a problem. The staff are polite and helpful. I recommend this clinic. They were always available during the Worst of the covid pandemic.

They don't take walk ins anymore and in the recent months the kids have had flu symptoms so I've been calling up for our appointments. No issues, actually find it easier, they're doctors are excellent when you see them face to face just as they are over the phone.

Can’t fault these doctors. Been to all of them and they have always given me the best of care. Been going here now since they opened and I don’t feel comfortable going to any other doctor. They always make me feel like I’m in great hands.

Love the docs. They're always helpful and they actually try to have real talk conversations.

I've been going here for years. Great Drs. Worth the wait when busy.

Long waits but that's expected with our growing population. We need more excellent GPs like Dr Vikesh.
