Great store with excellent customer service. The owner was really helpful and polite, he had a great sense of humour too. He assisted me with finding all the things I was looking for. I'm visiting from Perth, and this is the best indian grocery store in Blacktown.

The staff at Bansi Supermarket were also friendly and helpful. They greeted me warmly upon entering and were readily available to assist with any questions I had. Their knowledge of the products and willingness to offer recommendations made for a pleasant shopping experience.

Being one of the regular customer to Bansi supermarket ever since we had moved to Blacktown in late 2021. That had coincides with the change of management of Bansi. With the current management, the service level is second to none. After almsot 2 years of visiting the store, I would rate them as one of the best Indian store in Western Sydney.

The owners (brothers) are very kind to all customers and displays service oriented attitude. They take seriously into customer's feedback and suggestion.

Have been continuously seeing their progression related to the stock level, wider range of items and their steady growth in the customer base.

My go to store for all Indian groceries, they have a good selection of good quality Indian spices and food including freezer goods. There’s a variety of brands to choose from and they plan to stock more in the future. Products are neatly arranged and easy to find. The owner and staff are helpful and courteous, in fact they help you find the products you need. Parking is a breeze as there is ample place to park your car. Overall a happy experience, highly recommended. .
