The 5 star rating is for Mercedes!

I purchased a shoe from other store and paid for it, waiting for the item to be delivered. Their website showed they have stocks, only to receive an email that the one I ordered was out of stock and they cancelled my transaction.

So I searched online and saw that this store has 1 left in my size. I called and Mercedes answered. She is so nice and accomodating, took her time to answer my questions, and made sure that she secured the shoes for me until I finished with my work.

As soon as I entered the store, Mercedes greeted me warmly and I finally got the shoes! Appreciate her efforts and I had a great experience because of her. Thank you Mercedes!

Had an fantastic experience today with Francois. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too hard for him or too much. Went out of his way to make sure I was super comfortable with my shoes and my wife's shoes. Would highly recommend him to family and friends.

Great little shop with wide variety of sports goods. Rare good old fashioned customer service, where staff take the necessary time with clients to ensure they purchase what suits them. Polite and courteous staff who care for their clientele.

So impressed with the service I received at Intersport Winston Hills. I walked in to this shop with quite specific requests for sports shoes for myself and husband - The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and gave us various different options tailored to our exact wants and needs. On top of that, they were so friendly and patient with us the entire time, thanks so much guys!
