BIG W Winston Hills

The worker at the front, on saturdays are a pleasure to talk to. Her friend or sister is a delight as they have helped me navigate the isles and find out the availability of products. They are a delight and should be paid more for their position. Big W overall has great products, cheaper prices and in all is a great place for everyone to shop. Cheers x

Not crowded even on weekend, some clearance items and affordable prices overall.A big store and many options.

BigW is always quite competitive in pricing. I am also impressed by their customer service, particularly by one of the shopping assistants in Winston hills store who was extremely helpful. She tried to help me find a book but to no avail, so I decided to buy it online instead. However, I was stopping at a nearby cafe when the same shopping assistant ran after me, informing us that she had found the book I was looking for. Not only was she very friendly, she went the extra mile and decided to keep looking for the book after I had left and chased me down with the book. These kinds of customer experiences are what should definitely be applauded for.

Good staff. The store has been there since decades and never fails to impress. Easily accessible, reasonable price range, huge selection of products and staff are always ready to answer questions & help. What more can be asked from customer service point of view? They often collect donations for charity, so that's a plus.

I like this store. Winston hills has easy parking. Good access to trolleys and the people around are reasonable and don’t play havoc in the shopping centre. Big w staff are nice and approachable. Wish they had more price checking stations

This Big W is located in the Winston Hills Shopping Mall. There's plenty of undercover parking.
I often order online and pick the item up from the store. Usually many of my ordered items are not available at either the stores at Macquarie Centre and Top Ryde. However I usually have more luck at the Big W at Winston Hills.

Situated close to many others shops plenty of parking and not that busy

The personnel manning the service desk were incredibly friendly and helpful during my attempt to inquire about the availability of a certain product over the phone. Not only did they assist me with my query, but they also went the extra mile by reserving the product for me.

It was great... but it was the first time I had returned here in well over a decade. I once had my own house and home, and a family with kids. Today I am alone. In this I am rebuilding my remaining life, hence my reason for visiting Big W, Winston Hills. It had exactly what I
needed to purchase, it was incredibly easy to access by bus and it had Afterpay to put the icing on the cake.
I love variety of choice, it's kinda like spice 😋. I will be returning to Big W Winston Hills on a more regular basis from hereon. It's a bonus for me that there's food and beverages and other useful shops in the same complex.
I would encourage others to check it all out .

I’ve had a great deal of interaction with different staff due to purchasing either bikes, women’s clothing or kids clothes. Customer service have always returned my calls have been extremely helpful and I appreciate their consistency when they said they were going to check for stock.. I was always informed when, and what colour or size they had in stock.
Keep up the great work you guys are doing across the store.👍

You can find all you want here. Not so crowded.

Much better than other Big W stores I have visited. There was a huge selection across the different departments. Layout was good (toys are in the far corner so if you want to avoid kids no problems at all)

Shelves were all well stocked, clean and clutter free. Nothing was out of place so they have enough staff to keep things stocked and organised.

I like Big W Winston Hills for the ease of access by a bus, and for the simple reason I can make an online purchase, and pick up the items at my convenience.
With a host of cafes and other businesses there, it's a given that I am going to be a repeat customer.

Extremely friendly staff. One in particular always looks to help out. Tall lady, long blonde hair. Thankyou for being back customer service. A pleasure to shop there now.

It's tidy and very well organised. Staff are friendly and cooperative. Prices are great value for the products. It's got more VARIETY of HI VIS, construction clothes than other similar shops. Money is worth the products. Plenty of parking spaces available too. It's location have got easy traffic. Pretty quiet, safe driving too😊

Really good store! There's like no 'Out of stock' labelling at this store and the staff are always very friendly.
