Well presented store, and stuffs are very helpful. Pretty happy to go there. Prices are high though but they good collection of stocks from different brands.

Rose is a fantastic and knowledgeable manager and always look after myself and my family well when we are in store! She goes above and beyond to help and follows up with other stores in case I haven’t been able to find it at Birkenhead Point. She understands what providing an exceptional customer service is and looking after customer relations.

Estro is a lovely little pocket of luxury worth having a stroll through and enjoying a high fashion atmosphere.

Worst manager talking down to her staff. She put down her staff in front of all the customers unnecessarily and then when told by a customer that is not right, she didn't take it well and got very defensive. No one has any right to belittle employees like what I witnessed today. She needs anger management classes badly.
