Just wanted to share that the lady that helped us tonight absolutely made my day! I tried on a bunch of shoes and she was completely patient and helped us call up another store. Really great customer service, made me smile leaving :))

I recently went in just for sizing as I'm anticipating the release of a specific pair of Chuck 70s that won't be available in stores, I let the lady who served me know that I had no intentions of making a purchase and that did not effect the fantastic customer service I received, she was absolutely over the moon when I showed her what I'm waiting for and was super super helpful in making sure I knew exactly what size I needed, absolutely highly recommended if you're looking for a store with passionate people to help instead of just to run a cash register

I went in to the store for a particular shoe, and Daniel who served me was extremely helpful in the whole process. He has great product knowledge and his tips and suggestions for getting the correct size and breaking the shoe in to mould the foot was really interesting to know. It was awesome to meet Daniel and to have a chat with him. Your passionate customer service deserves to be recognised man, so thank you

I went here on Friday, 18/10/19. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and polite. I received excellent service and ended up getting nike air max 270's. This place is super genuine and all around amazing! 10/10 would recommend! It was Daniel who served me, he was amazing!

Went in search of a second pair of Dr Marten's for my new job and the staff were utterly divine! Shannon was super helpful and very personable. Never have I come across such fabulous customer servic. Thanks for making me feel so fab! Shopped on the 22/11/19.

Visited this store a couple of days ago and was greeted by Shannon who I later found out was the store manager.
She has created a super friendly environment and couldn’t do enough to help me.
Jen the area manager was also in store and was also super helpful.
The store is located in the Midland Gate Shopping Centre just across from the main food hall.
My son who went there earlier in the day and purchased a great looking pair of Nikes that were on special for $100, now that’s a bargain.
The store is really nicely payed out with no cluttering of stock and is aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
Definitely recommend visiting the store if you’re ever in the area as you May just get the bargain you’re looking for

Went in on the 19th just looking around at the store for shoes I'm looking at purchasing in the future. I believe the woman's name who helped me was precious? Not exactly sure but she was really helpful with letting me try on some shoes and having a really good chat about shoes and stuff while working. Great experience and customer service.

As a returning customer at Platypus Midland, I have to say that every single time I shop there, the service is absolutely excellent. Always a friendly greeting, helpful advice and happy to chat about shoes, etc. Don't ever lose that personal touch, guys. It's what makes the whole experience for your customers! :)

I went into this store 2 times and the customer service in this store is amazing and so welcoming! The staff are really helpful and really nice to me you cannot go anywhere else to get a customer service like this! I visited this place a few days ago as I was needing a new pair of black shoes shoes just to wear to work. Gigi has amazing customer service!! She was super helpful and friendly, such a lovely girl!

All the staff are friendly and so helpful I browsed the store last week and the staff were so lovely I went back yesterday and was served by Gigi. She was so incredibly helpful and patient. Best customer service!
