I really love Dymocks, so many different genres of books to choose on. Staff have always been friendly, today I went in and a staff member by the name of I think Jenn served me. She was so helpful and really sweet. I’m usually quite an anxious person but she was very easy to speak to and just such a friendly person :)

employees are so so helpful, i've gotten so many good book recommendations :) you can really tell these people love their job (and their books). never left here empty handed, you can tell their recommendations come purely from their love for books and personal experiences and not from a money-making standpoint. favourite bookstore in perth :)

Staff were amazing in trying to source a book which was needed urgently. From going to one store and having staff organise collection at another store, I was trying to obtain the book whilst under pressure which was made easier by the amazing staff at both stores. Thank you

I would like to give a shout out to the man who served me today at Dymocks Midland. This is the second time I have been served by this man (not sure of his name sorry). I was blown away by his friendliness, professionalism and 5 star customer service. He went above and beyond to help me even though I was only buying 1 book! It's not a regular occurrence to encounter this type of service any more and I would have loved to get his name so I can identify him to his superiors - maybe next time 🙂. Thank you for your lovely authentic and kind manner. I felt like a very valued customer and my faith in fabulous customer service has been restored! I will continue to support Dymocks Midland and will spread the word to my family and friends.

The young lady who served us today was fantastic! Had a friendly chat and she opened my glasses from another store while finalising my purchase.

The store is laid out well, clean and easy to locate the genre your looking for.

From there amazing accessories availability to the fantastic customer service offered. Dymocks Midland is a place to go, even if you aren’t a heavy reader the staff and more than willing to talk to you and point you in the direction to a book that 9 times out of 10 you will enjoy. Love love love coming here

Friendly, helpful staff. No problem with them getting me a particular book from another one of their stores. Arrived within two days. Good selection of books and associated gift ware.

Got some wonderful books in stock, I'm a fan of classics. I'm not sure whether or not Dymocks sells books in foreign languages, couldn't find any, however I'd wish they'd have a little neiche foreign language section. Otherwise service is great and it's always organised neat and tidy!

Wonderful store with plenty of space and the displays were brilliant! Easily the best Dymocks I've been into.

This is a great place to buy books on history and growing things in your garden. Do your research first and then go and plant it and watch it grow. And if you can't find the book that your are looking for - just ask the staff as they can order it for you.

Amazing variety of books, great prices and very good service. The girls at Dymocks are very knowledgeable and friendly. A well organized and neat layout maķes it easy to browse and find what you are looking for.

I rang the store early this morning about a book, they had it in stock. Put it to one side for me. The young lady who took care of me was very polite and could not do enough for me, much appreciated. Definitely recommend this store.

For one of the widest range of books you will ever read Dymocks Bookshop in Midland Gate is the place to go .
With such a large volume of titles to suit everyone from the youngest member to the oldest member of your family or friends and also ideal when seeking that perfect gift for birthdays or Christmas DYMOCKS has it all !
