Dan Murphy's Midland

Walked in and the security guard said hello.
The cashier was just finishing with a customer and said hello.
Just as I was about to look for something I had another staff member ask me if I needed any help and pointed me in the right direction.
When I got to the counter I had issues with my membership which they were able to resolve quickly.
Fantastic customer service and a well organised, clean and welcoming store.

The staff were exceptionally helpful even though the shop was very busy. Nade my visit hassle free. Offered me a discounted price for a substitute due to an unavailability. Will be a returning customer

Welldone to the security dans has now much more an imprivemnt recently than before,
and the amount of Rude Yobbo people they put up with from midland who also Rude to female staff , the girls who work thire are Awesome and the supervisor Nathan is very Quietly sneaky but Abusive to his staff and treats them like absolute Dirt !!
He should be reported for bullying hos staff on more than one occassion - quite regulary in fact .
Dans has wide varitety & wonderful staff .

big shout out to one of the security staff that work here, id been stuck in the car park for almost 2hrs as my car battery was flat and my phone was on 4% and everyone i knew was at work but he came and helped me out and jump started my car so i just wanted to give this king a shout-out, he was SUPER friendly but i didn’t get his name sadly

Always able to find what I am after, there is no shortage of options at Dan Murphy's. Staff are more than happy to help and they are always friendly.
I have been on the hunt for Billsons flavours which we found some new flavours, so that's a win.

Great selection of craft beers and fantastic wine selection. Friendly staff and very easy access adjacent to Hyde Park Pub.

Been shopping here for several years now - great range of good quality single malts, and I've always had the best in service.

The car park can be a bit of a mission, and you do get hassled by the local deros for money, but that doesn't take away from the store itself. Well done to all the staff.
