Woolworths Midland Gate

Still a very nice woolies. Was hoping great service would last after the new wore off and it has. Nice spacious shop, easy to find items and usually well stocked. The staff are always friendly and have a ready smile. Do wish the centre would get a nice coffee shop though.

I love Woolworths but that’s probably because all store (that I’ve been to) have the same layout so I know where things I want are located.
I have to say that all staff I’ve interacted with have been friendly and helpful.
The Centrepoint one is good too, but customer service here is clearly better

Everything you need or want to buy under one roof!

It's a large Woolworth's so it has everything. But it misses out on checkouts, we always have to wait in a queue of 5 or more shoppers for a register. But the staff are nice and helpful.
Since then the last couple of visits we have had little or no waiting time at the checkout. We'll done woollies! As usual the checkout person and trainee were wonderful. Found all our needs but no mangoes, even IGA has them. Step up Mr woollies!

Aisle are labelled well a day visible to assist customers. Well spaced aisle to allow social distancing. Low in stocks, however basic necessities can be obtained.Good variety

Always happy shopping here, great variety of shops, nice and clean, staff everywhere always helpful, from cleaners to shop assistants.

I think it was the manager who came to my assistance when my baby knocked a carton of cream flying she picked up my shopping helped me to the register and packed the lot into the pram which had my other 2 sick children in it. She even wanted to walk me to the car! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness it’s been a very ordinary week with everyone so sick And you brightened it up 😁⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟 you are a superstar

Great variety of items. Fresh produce is very fresh. Great store layout and access to BWS from inside and outside of Woolworths. Friendly and polite service at check outs. Highly recommend this store for groceries.
