Whilst having some trouble today looking for a certain product that I desperately needed, staff member Hannah B was happy to help. She actually checked out the back and came back with the product I was looking for. It was actually nice to be helped by someone who looks like they enjoy their job and didn't roll their eyes when a customer asked for help. Lovely Lady!!

Martin from the Meat Section gave us excellent service on Thursday 30th November. Excellent communicator and product knowledge. We hoped to buy the harm your advertising but its not in yet.

My dad (who doesn't speak English) lost his phone in the store, every staff he encountered was so nice & friendly & did everything they could to help him until it was found the next day. If I could rate 10 stars I would, Thanks again everyone!!

I want to say absolute great customer service, a big shout out to jack at the Penrith Woolworths this afternoon who helped me find Corinthian wafers. He was polite, friendly happy to help attitude.

Clean shops with plenty of staff to help you should you need it. Wide selection of products and always seems fully stocked.
Veggie and fruit section was clean and presentable.

Always helpful staff, Always clean, Always fresh items from the Deli and bakery.

Arrived approximately 8.30am and there were only a few people in the store. In and out in 15 to 20 minutes ... not bad for a few weeks worth of groceries. Getting to Woolworths before nine am is definitely worth the early morning rise... for most people. I slept in until 7am this morning... staff are always friendly and professional...

The pork roasts are amazing and inexpensive. The crackling works for me from Woolworths but the crackling turns rock hard with pork from other stores. Undo all packaging and lay flat on roasting dish. Dry skin score with sharp knife, rub in a couple of tablespoons of salt then a little oil (one that doesn't smoke at low temperatures). Roast as per instructions. Slow roast is fine. When done remove scored skin and place as flat as possible under hot griller. Watch carefully that it doesn't burn. The skin should bubble and pop. Cover overdone area with foil till all or almost all the skin is crackled.

I couldn't find the correct platform to praise this young bloke but I give 5 stars to Jack Hutton the young bloke primarily at the Penrth stores self service section. Only a few weeks into this first job and handling it like a pro! I was having a hard night after work shopping where I embarrassingly went way over budget but he was awesome. He helped me repack and sort everything. Woolworths have a great employee there!

All credits tonight for Kim who is a night filler.Working very hard she also was able to guide me in what I was looking for.Top job.Also five stars to Eric who is a night filler and a great employee.He has a great work ethic.He took the time out his break to tell me information about how to get trolleys abandoned in my area back to the store.
