DV Computers

Went in Monday morning with a computer purchased from DV previously which was having a hiccup, and the service I received was 1st class, my computer was up and running in a jiffy(user problem no doubt).The young Malaysian man was exceptional(sorry forgot your name).
My bill was very reasonable, in fact less than I thought.
Very knowledgeable young man and in the future will go nowhere else.

I had an ipad with a charging port needing attention. Took it to DV Computers who gave me a quote. They fixed it within 2 hours and charged me the lower price of the quote. I was very pleasantly surprised and very impressed with their service. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone requiring a service

For many years, I have relied on DV Computers for computer maintenance. I believe they are the best in the business. They are honest, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, fast and reliable. Several times I have brought a computer to them with an annoying software issue, and they fixed it on the counter, immediately. Recently my NUC was overheating. They diagnosed the problem the moment I described it and booked a clean and replacement of the Thermal Paste that connects the CPU to the heat sink. I had googled a solution and didn’t find this one. I ended up on a Reddit post that said I should replace the video cables. DV stated that my computer would be fixed in 24 hours. I received a text the next day saying that my computer was ready. Now my CPU runs at 30*C instead of 100*C. Thanks, DV, much appreciated.

DV computers is a wonderful business with great technicians. I gave.been going there for years. I have bought equipment from there, had repairs ans lots of free advice. I highly recommend them.

I recently had a problem with my computer being slow when using some specific programs. DV confirmed my proposed solution was correct and supplied the required parts at a fair price with advice on how to try the install myself. Staff very helpful and friendly.

It was an excellent service marked by honesty, helpfulness, and an amazing price. I would recommend it to anyone in need of assistance with fixing their laptops.

Awesome service! They are honest and helpful. They were transparent about the entire process and charged accordingly. As a bonus, they also finished everything earlier than I expected.

The team here are fantastic, willing to help, answer all questions and reasonably priced. If you have computer dramas these guys will sort you out. Very happy. I shall be back again.

Terrible service; I bought a laptop... within 2 weeks the battery went and they refused to replace it claiming the battery had corrosion on it (the battery is encased within the computer and has to be removed by unscrewing the back) Darren the assistant there was useless and failed to take any responsibility. I'm in the process of taking them to court. Strongly suggest you don't go near them!! rip off merchants. See pics below this is how they determined that the battery had corrosion; if it has it's because it's been out of the computer for a month within an envelope

At a Different company I was quoted $200 for diagnostics, and I would eventually need a new graphics card and the one I would ultimately go with would have been $1100 and $100 worth of RAM sticks. DV took on the job and quoted me 3 business days to fix. DV called me the NEXT day and it cost me $950 all up. amazing service from the whole team especially David who sourced me a refurbished graphics card. Highly recommend.

Went to DV with 2 old computers that I could not get into. The guy that helped me I didn't get his name. He was of Asian decent was absolutely fantastic. Found the files I was looking for and didn't treat me like a techno challenged idiot. Fantastic service. Highly recommend. All with a smile and patience.

Bought a machine from here a few years ago, and it's still doing what I bought it for, and very well. I went to purchase another today. They looked at the machine I was looking to replace and they told me it was fine (and what I was doing wrong with it). They sent me away happy, but I'd spent nothing. I'll be back, though.

On both occasions I have had dealings with DV Computers in Melville, they have been awesome. Thank you to the friendly and knowledgeable staff member for trouble-shooting our modem, and to Fauzi for his quick and efficient service. Superb!
