Went here for shoes after back surgery and arthritic hip. I was advised it better to see a podiatrist & /or physio who knows about shoes and their characteristics regarding suitability for my needs. I was given a list of possible shoes for the experts opinions. Excellent advice.

My budget for running gear far out weighs my financial capabilities 🤩🏃‍♂😕. However I always feel my hard earned cash is well spent @ RW. I really enjoy the regular and current specials, the timely service of deliveries and their customer service is 100% committed - even when things haven't worked out. Can't fault the team... I purchased some runners from here (not my first time), but this pair were defective. The staff responded promptly to my email, requested a few photos and processed a replacement pair really quickly! Will definitely shop here again!

Bought a few pairs of shoes from these guys. One pair stared to fail on me after a few months. Reached out to see if this was a warranty issue. No fuss no drama. Asked for more pics and arranged a replacement pair immediately. Can’t ask for better service than that. Great job team.

As a runner, I wear through multiple pairs of running shoes each year. I have purchased from every large AU-based online retailer and RWA is easily the best. They ensure you have a pair that fits and satisfies. Highly recommend to all. Special shout out to Declan and Susan in the online team.

Very helpful service from young guy on counter. Although they couldn't help me with 4E extra-wide running shoes from store stock (they are hard to find), he advised me correctly about the fit I needed and didn't try to sell me something inappropriate, Good honest service !

First time into Running Warehouse and I will be back. I was served by Stuart and he was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to analyse my current pair of running shoes and describe my gait and my needs in a new running shoe. He bought out 4 different pairs of shoes to try which made me confident in knowing I made the right decision when I finally chose the right pair. The store has a treadmill with the capacity for gait analysis.The store has a great range of shoes in stock/ The prices were on par/ cheaper than at the big sports stores but the service was streets ahead meaning you will definitely want to come back! Would recommend!

I've bought a running vest, shoes, socks, gels and electrolyte drinks and as a result I have a medal collection proving I am as awesome as 'real' runners ;)

I have purchased a number of shoes from the running warehouse online and have always been extremely happy with their customer service. They are very easy to contact by phone or email, very helpful and knowledgeable and extremely polite and professional. I highly recommend them.

Very helpful staff and decent range of trail running gear. It was super busy but the staff managed their time between customers really well. I was worried that the range might be limited after reading reviews, but it's pretty respectable.

I don't usually buy shoes online (I always go through a podiatrist for my running shoes due to extra width required).
My experience buying Brooks Ghost 12 (I have had Brooks Ghost 11) from The Running Warehouse was exceptional. The shoes arrived earlier than expected, they were the cheapest, (and included postage) and they were a brand new, Limited Edition special runner that was difficult to find.

Website is incredibly detailed and helpful for choosing shoes. Excellent customer service, fast, no issue with returning shoes that don't fit. Regular "real" sales, been regularly ordering fro m interstate.
