I had an issue with some boots and brought them back for warranty. The team were helpful and eventually were able to acquire a credit.
When I returned to use the credit, the staff were very helpful and professional.
I arrived and Lola knew that I was coming in, knew my size and situation, even though this was arranged a week prior.
Lola spent time to find the right shoe for me and was very patient.
A great experience and they have made a customer for life.

Was drifting past their store, on my way to Waldecks - hadn't noticed it before - popped in to have a look around and see what they had on offer. Was delighted to find they had exactly what I wanted, saving me a longer trip to my usual store. Well stocked, friendly staff. Great place to get stuff for work.

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable about their products. Bought some steel toe caps was met as soon as I walked in the door, help was genuine too. Would recommend coming here for decent work wear.
