Bought a Longines watch as a gift that stopped working after a few months. Mazzuchellis Claremont Staff (Hillary) just fob you off and that you are lucky they are helping you. Said call Longines or email a general head office number. Will never deal there again. 14 weeks for a repair and the rules say they can put in a secondhand mechanism into a new watch. Owned by a hedge fund says it all.

Appalling customer service and denial of consumer guarantees by this company - if item you purchase is defective contact Consumer Protection in your State for help enforcing your legal rights - you’ll need it!

Husband bought me a tennis bracelet for my 40th which they told me they could resize. Broke twice. They told me it was my fault after only wearing it for 10 days. Store manager then told Me they aren’t supposed to be resized as it effects their strength!! They have had my bracelet and my money for months and refuse to refund. Terrible customer service and extremely poor quality goods. AVOID

These guys sell faulty goods. Then they refuse to refund you. Diamonds falling out twice within a month, etc. The regional manager lied about what my rights were as a consumer - said I couldn’t get a refund. Very very bad experience and would not trust them. Hope this saves someone out there from buying dodgy jewellery and getting atrocious service.
