Nadia's Cafe Penrith

I recently visited Nadia Cafe in Penrith and had a fantastic experience. Despite being located inside the mall, the ambiance felt outdoor with umbrellas and a waterfall in front, creating a lovely atmosphere. The cleanliness of the cafe was impressive. The coffee was excellent, and the food was delightful. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, making the visit even more enjoyable. Additionally, the pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend Nadia Cafe for anyone looking for a great cafe experience in Penrith!

I have eaten here before and generally find their food and cakes ok. Today I had the pancakes and bacon with orange juice. The orange juice was nice and fresh and the bacon was cooked just right. But though the pancakes were okay I would not say they were anything special and wouldn’t say it was at a good cafe standard. That being said I still enjoyed them with some maple syrup. Though I would say I would not order this pancake combination again for the 16 dollar price tag due to what you get for that 16 dollar. Abit pricy for the quality of the food. I had breakfast here a second time in March 2024 and the food was pretty good with the Eggs Benedict and Pancakes, and nice chai and tumeric tea and ice coffee was nice.

We were greeted by friendly, professional wait staff.
I ordered the Nachos from the chef’s suggestions menu and was not disappointed. I can honestly say they were hands down the best I’ve had.
The calamari was also a winner. Nice and light crispy batter, and so tender inside.
The head chef personally came to our table to check in. Nice touch. Great bloke.
This cafe is a win from me.

Today we received the most exceptional service from our waitress I can not recall the name of this young lady though she had pink hair. From the moment my mother and myself walked it she seated us and took our drink order and was extremely patient with my mother who was very indecisive and changed her mind several times but assured us it was no problem even with how busy you were today. Our food was extremely delicious and my coffee is one of the best I have had in a long time. We will definitely be returning when we are in Penrith again. Thank you for a lovely experience

All the foods are priced reasonably.
Portions generous.
Located in the westfield shopping centre. Plenty of parking.
The thick pancakes a must try.

The food is always delicious when I eat at this café, the quality of food is good and the serving sizes are generous as well. The waiters always deliver good service even though they do get really busy at times which is a credit to them as it's not easy. Overall a 5 star café that I would recommend , you won't be disappointed with their food at all.

Cannot fault this place. Greeted by friendly and genuine waiting staff. Friendly from hello to goodbye. Ordered the chicken schnitzel meal, they accommodated my other half by customising his salad. Got the meals, everything hot as it should be and the flavour of the chicken and gravy….absolutely yum. I’m fussy and have had the same meal from cafes and clubs and they do not come close to this quality and taste. I could have eaten three lots if I could. Keep up the great service and food. We’re definitely coming back.

Excellent service. The Mrs tried a slice of brownie with a dash of ice cream. I had the mushroom bruschetta. Great taste and freshness can be felt. Coffees are above average too. My rating is based on the service and food.

The iconic cafe beside the fountain inside Westfield Penrith Plaza. I ended up having lunch in here after the cafe in Myer was closed earlier than usual, and was blown away by the quality and service here! The food was absolutely delicious, and each staff member truly made you feel like family! Such a wonderful place to sit and have a coffee beside the fountain.

We walked into Nadia's Cafe in Westfield Penrith feeling a bit flat with the worries of the day - hoping for a boost of energy from a hot cup of coffee.

We were greeted by Michael - ready with a smile and endless energy, he had a very distinctive way of taking our coffee orders ... and gave us a few minutes to ponder what 'treats' to have.

Shortly afterwards, the lovely Jess came along to follow up on what we wanted to order ... (Fruit tart and an apple and blueberry tart - warmed up with cream on the side :))

Needless to say, we left with *completely different* energy than when we walked in. Combined with great coffee, and a little treat the visit to Nadia's Cafe Penrith made our day.

That's why this post is dedicated to the people that can "make or break" a hospitality experience - the staff! Your attitude can literally have a flow-on effect that changes someone's day / week / month.

I love this place. I go all the time, the food is always delicious but most of all the staff are absolutely amazing. Oh, and the prices are good too.

Normally a great dinning experience. The young man serving us was very nice and helpful. The Southern Style Chicken Burger was tasty. The chips were way over salted and the Lamb Souvlaki was very disappointing. The lamb was dry and chewy and actually upset my stomach.

Best Cafe in plaza. Good coffee and awesome customer service. Good ambience and location. Parking is super easy. More seats at the back for privacy. I love their corn fritters. Add bacon

Big portion of food, reasonable pricing, nice ambience. Totally recommend this place.

Amazing friendly staff. Very helpful and happy to greet and provide service. Got down to my 3 year old daughter's level to ask for her order. Very gentle.

Our waitress was so lovely. We had to move the stack of high chairs to access our table and I apologised. She said not to worry with a big smile!
Great fresh muffins! Coffee is delish too. :)
