Really happy with the arrangement I sent my friend for her birthday. She was over the moon! They exceeded every expectation I had of what I ordered. Normally when your order online from a florist it can be a little disappointing.

I have ordered through Rose & Co Penrith twice now for my family's birthdays and both times they have delivered the perfect arrangement of flowers and gifts. The quality is amazing and every time I have spoken with them directly or via email, they have been patient and happy to help. I highly recommend ordering through them as both times I have been extremely impressed and will continue to use them for any further orders. Thank you again! :)

Beautiful fresh flowers always. I'm so happy to have found a florist who sells more than gerberas and roses. Super fast delivery also. Ordered at 11:58am received same day before 3pm. Definitely recommend Rose & Co

When a service has that personal touch...that ability to transform your requests into reality and add a customer service experience to be remembered...it's only deserving that they are remembered. We were served by Rose and she was amazing! Gave us this beautiful arrangement of sunflowers and handpicked the best ones for us. Such lovely ladies working here. Will definitely be back for any occasion.

Ordered 20 roses be delivered to my partner as a surprise of witch The order arrived as directed before 5pm on day of delivery selected,

However my issue is that a lot of the roses if not all have already started too die, even upon arrival my partner and her coworkers noted they weren’t in most fresh conditions, for the price you pay I did expect a little better however my partner was still lost for words non the less at the beauty of them, I just personally would rather they not be starting to depeddled and dying out on delivery/arrival

Following on from SlickJD's comment. Same story. No phone call, can't get in touch with anyone and the delivery did not arrive. Not the best service having planned something special and expecting a delivery. Close to 8pm now and still nothing. Messages remain unanswered and text's or emails or voicemails unreturned. Very disappointed with that. Should they arrive later, I'll change this review to suit. If it's still up and 1 star, it means it has not arrived at all.

*update they did resend them for me on Monday and they were very nice. Shame it wasn't on the day but they got there in the end.

This is a very mixed review. First the florist that served me was lovely and really helpful so I feel a little bad, however I have to write this. I ordered a bunch of flowers for my parents 45th wedding anniversary. In the bunch were 3 long stem roses + greenery, 2 chrysanthemums more greenery, 2 snapdragon stalks, greenery and 1 stalk of lilies (5 heads 4 unopened) with…you guessed it…more greenery AND no flower food. I am soo disappointed…I spent $100 and look at the picture. I am not a florist BUT I have purchased beautiful fresh blooms and created lovely arrangements with more blossoms from Coles for 1/4 of the price and each bunch comes with flower food!! I am really annoyed with myself, I should have been more organised. Again the service I received from the florist that served me was really good. But value for money is appalling.

Similar story as JD, ordered flowers for my partner a few days before Valentine's day. Called them up at 12pm today and asked the status of my flowers since I have not received any updates on the delivery, the answer I got was the flowers were in transit and I should expect them arrive 7pm. Guess what, it's now already 9pm , no flowers and I've heard nothing from them at all. I even called them before before 5pm and no one even bothered to pick up my call.
I have bought flowers with several different florist for special occasion and have never experience this ever before. Don't ever try buy flowers through them for special occasions.

Yesterday was mine and my wife’s first Valentine’s Day as husband and wife and the day was spoilt because the roses I ordered were not delivered and it wasn’t just my wife's day that was ruined.
To make things worse, I give my daughter a single red rose every year for Valentine’s Day and she didn’t receive her rose either.
I purchase from you guys believing your a local Penrith business with hopes that something like this doesn’t happen, but it turns out it all comes from a warehouse in auburn.
I’ve purchased many bouquets from you guys over the years but never again.
