Jindabyne Seafood

We grabbed some takeaway for dinner tonight and enjoyed it on the hotel room balcony. I was a little nervous about buying from a business that was, itself, up from sale. But any concerns were completely unfounded and it lived up to the hype here on Google Maps reviews. Friendly service, ready to go in just seven minutes and outrageously fresh and tasty. High recommended if you're ever in town and looking for a feed.

Actually quite nice seafood and quite prompt cooking. Really enjoyed the potato scollops!!! We got the $55 meal with fish, chips potato scallops and calamari and it was more than enough for 4 people (more like 6 really). They even specially made a piece of fish for my son with allergies.

Only negative was that there is a $10 minimum on card purchases which is very 2001...

The fish and chips as well as the calamari are really great! The home made tartar sauce is generous in quantity and tastes really awesome! I wouldn't have initially thought it but mixing it with chicken salt really enhances the flavour. Also the staff are really friendly 😊

Absolutely beautiful food and friendly helpful staff make this place a pleasure to visit regularly.
I have enjoyed the sampling’s of the menu here many times to my thorough enjoyment. The fish 🐠 and chips is really nice but wait until you try one of their delicious hamburgers 🍔 wow!!! they are way above standard of the average take away shop burger and not overly expensive at all.
Have also ordered fresh seafood through the owner Karen on many occasions.... the fresh oysters and the fresh tiger prawns 🦐 are always of the highest quality.
Highly recommend Jindabyne Seafood to anyone who is looking for a satisfying delicious value for money feed for themselves, their family of as a group of friends. Five genuine stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Our fish was cooked perfectly (both battered and grilled), generous serve of hand-cut chips. Loved it so much we went back a second time! Super friendly staff too. So glad we found this place during our weekend stay in Jindabyne.

Jindy Seafood is an absolute gem.
Quality food, awesome prices and the lady at the counter is always lovely when dealing with customers. An absolute staple to any trip down to the snow for our group.

Great service. We arrived late and they had already switched off the grill. The kids running the place kindly started everything up again and made us some burgers and chips. The food was pretty good too.

I used to eat the crap food at the Jindy bowling club before discovering this place. The fish and chips here were perfect. I also had their burgers another night which were great too. I almost went there every night after coming off the mountain.

Best fish and chips I've had in NSW. Absolutely ripper of a bloke that runs it, no salad, chucks in tartare sauce. Brilliantly fresh. A winner.

Ordered a Ocean Pack 2, the calamari was delightful well cooked and soft, the prawn cutlets were bloody amazing nice and fresh and the fish was moist great quality and well cooked. Thanks for the extra lemons!!!

Really friendly and efficient staff who work well together when it's hell busy. I got flathead tails and the batter was light and crunchy and simply delicious. And as for the chicken burger the young man made.... Wow, just wow

This place has the best fish and chips, it is in a back street, but you only have to ask the locals or the workers from the slopes and they will point you to it. Friendly staff and good value. I will be back!!!!

Awesome place ..small town so close to nature. though I visited in last week of May and it was a pass by trip, I fell in love with the place. Just wondering how beautiful and lively it would be during winters with snow and tourists coming for skinh.

Fish and chips were extremely flavorful and had a crispy skin. Plus points for great chips as well. They're gunning for a fish and chips competitions and I've voted for them 😂
